Triangular profile sections
V shape LED channel for a precise junction fit
- Compare the full body outlines, including mounting legs and cover space.
- Check strip platform and diffuser retention together.
- Allow room for fixing and cable exits inside the junction.
- VST can provide a matching SC section for a fit trial.
Section-led selection
The cross-section carries the design
Leg proportions
Equal outside dimensions do not describe the internal platform or cover shape. Compare the section drawing with the exact host joint.
Cover seating
The diffuser needs secure engagement around the visible opening while remaining accessible after neighboring panels are installed.
Fastening room
Leave enough access for the intended clips or screws; a drawn V-shaped void can be too tight for the assembly tool.
Cable allowance
Reserve a controlled end or rear exit so the lead is not trapped between the two mounting faces.

Component matching
A V section chosen around the host structure
Real section options
Six published SC models give a defined range of outer sizes and strip platforms. Their drawings make comparison more reliable than front-view photos alone.
Assembly communication
A sample helps test how the cover snaps in and where a screwdriver or clip can reach once the body is inside its host.
Matched accessories
VST can discuss diffuser and end-cap variants alongside the metal part so a furniture or fixture drawing includes the visible finish.
Repeat supply record
Keeping the SC code, finish, cover and cut length together reduces ambiguity when another batch of the same host product is made.
Shape and fit
The V is only the start of the specification
SC section choices
Four visibly different body proportions
SC1919D · square outer section
SC1919J · broad visible cover
SC3030C · large rounded V
Mechanical checkpoints
Make the triangular detail buildable
Full section drawing
The complete profile outline reveals interference with cabinet walls, trim and adjacent fixtures that a front-view product image can hide.
Usable internal width
The tape platform must fit the selected LED strip and its soldered or plugged end without forcing the cover.
Cover retention
The diffuser should seat on its intended lips and remain serviceable after the surrounding structure is complete.
Defined end treatment
Cut lengths and end caps affect the visible joint and the available exit for low-voltage wiring.
