Quality Control at Every Stage
From incoming raw materials to final shipment, every unit passes through a structured, multi-stage quality system designed to eliminate defects and ensure what you receive matches exactly what you approved.

Incoming Material Inspection
Quality starts before production begins. Every incoming batch of raw materials and components -- LED chips, drivers, housings, lenses, connectors, and wiring -- is subject to systematic verification before being released to the production floor.
This prevents non-conforming materials from entering the manufacturing process, which is the most cost-effective point to intercept quality risk.
Supplier Qualification & Approved List
Only materials from pre-qualified, audited suppliers enter production. New suppliers undergo evaluation before approval.
Dimensional & Electrical Spot Checks
Critical dimensions, electrical parameters (voltage, wattage, current), and appearance are verified against specifications on every incoming batch.
Certificate of Conformance Verification
Supplier test reports and certificates (e.g., RoHS, REACH) are cross-checked against actual delivery before acceptance.
Quarantine & Non-Conformance Handling
Rejected materials are quarantined immediately and returned or scrapped. No substitution occurs without customer notification and re-approval.

In-Process Control
Quality cannot be inspected into a product at the end -- it must be built in throughout. Our production lines incorporate structured checkpoints at each assembly stage to detect and correct deviations before they compound into larger defects.
First Article Inspection
First units from each production run are fully validated before batch continuation.
Statistical Sampling
Ongoing sampling at defined intervals throughout production using AQL-based criteria.
Visual & Assembly Checks
Solder quality, component orientation, mechanical fit, and surface finish reviewed at each stage.
Inline Electrical Testing
Voltage, current, and power factor tested inline before units proceed to the next assembly stage.
Any non-conforming unit is immediately removed from the line, logged, and reviewed. Root cause analysis is triggered when defect rates exceed defined thresholds.
Finished Product Testing
Before any product is approved for shipment, it undergoes a comprehensive battery of performance and safety tests using calibrated laboratory equipment. This is the definitive gate between production and delivery.
Photometric Testing
Integrating sphere measurements for luminous flux (lm), luminous efficacy (lm/W), CRI, CCT, and beam angle verification against specification tolerances.
Electrical Safety Testing
Hi-pot (dielectric strength), insulation resistance, leakage current, and ground continuity tests performed to verify compliance with CE, UL, and ETL safety standards.
Thermal Performance Testing
High-low temperature chamber testing to validate performance across operating temperature ranges. Junction temperature and heat dissipation performance reviewed for long-term reliability.
Aging & Burn-In Testing
Continuous power-on aging on dedicated aging lines to screen for early-failure components. Duration varies by product type and customer requirements.
IP Rating Verification
Ingress protection testing for dust and moisture resistance on applicable products. Verified against declared IP ratings (IP20, IP44, IP65, IP66, IP67, IP68).
Compliance Documentation
Test reports, certificates, and inspection records generated for each production batch. Available for customer review on request prior to shipment approval.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
The final checkpoint before goods leave our facility. Pre-shipment inspection is a full verification of the packaged order -- ensuring quantity accuracy, product conformance, packaging integrity, and documentation completeness before the shipment is sealed and dispatched.
This stage directly addresses one of the most common pain points for overseas buyers: receiving goods that differ from samples or approved specifications. Our pre-shipment process is designed to eliminate that risk.
Quantity & SKU Verification
Total count, model numbers, and variant breakdown confirmed against purchase order.
AQL Random Sampling from Packed Cartons
Random carton selection and unit-level inspection to verify bulk production matches approved samples.
Packaging & Labeling Check
Carton markings, inner packaging, accessories, manuals, and custom labeling verified for completeness and accuracy.
Functional Re-Check on Sample Units
Selected units powered on and functionally verified before final seal and dispatch.
Third-Party Inspection Support
We accommodate third-party inspection agencies (SGS, BV, Intertek) arranged by the buyer at this stage.

Quality Flow & Documentation
Consistent quality requires systematic documentation. Every stage of our quality process generates records that create a complete, auditable trail from raw material receipt to final shipment. This is how we demonstrate accountability -- not just claim it.
Order Specification Lock
Approved samples, drawings, and technical specs are locked and stored as the production reference before manufacturing begins.
Production QC Records
Inspection logs generated at each production checkpoint, capturing pass/fail data, defect types, and corrective actions taken.
Test Reports & Certificates
Photometric, electrical safety, and performance test reports compiled per batch. Third-party certification documents archived and available on request.
Shipment QC Summary
Pre-shipment inspection report and QC summary issued to buyer before dispatch, with photo evidence of packaging and sampled units.

Risk Control & Traceability
Even with strong process controls, risk management requires a proactive system to identify, contain, and resolve issues before they reach the customer -- and a traceability structure that enables rapid response when issues do arise.
For overseas B2B buyers, batch traceability is critical. If a field issue emerges, you need to know exactly which production batch is affected, what materials were used, and what corrective action was taken. Our system is built to support that.
Defect Rate Monitoring & Threshold Alerts
Production defect rates are tracked per batch and per product line. When rates exceed defined thresholds, production is paused and root cause analysis is mandatory before continuation.
Batch-Level Traceability System
Every production batch is assigned a unique batch code linking it to incoming material records, production dates, QC inspection results, and shipping documentation. Field issues can be traced back to source within hours.
CAPA -- Corrective & Preventive Action
Formal CAPA process for all non-conformances. Root cause identified, corrective action implemented, and effectiveness verified before the case is closed. Repeat issues trigger supplier or process review.
Post-Shipment Issue Response
Dedicated process for handling field complaints. Defective units analyzed, batch traced, and resolution (replacement, credit, or rework) confirmed within defined response windows.

Why This Matters for Overseas B2B Buyers
Sourcing from overseas manufacturers introduces real risks: bulk quality diverging from samples, missing documentation at customs, and slow response when field issues arise. Our quality system is specifically designed to address these concerns at each stage of the process.
For Electrical Contractors & Project Buyers
Bulk shipments match the approved samples. Certifications are in order before goods arrive. Installation issues due to specification mismatch are minimized, protecting your project timeline and client relationship.
For OEM Product Companies
Custom modules maintain dimensional and performance consistency across production runs. Batch traceability means that if a recall or field issue occurs, you can identify affected units precisely and respond without disrupting your entire product line.
For LED Component Buyers
Components meet declared specifications and compatibility requirements. Supplier qualification and incoming inspection reduce the risk of non-conforming parts disrupting your own manufacturing process downstream.
