Product fit

Specify a strip you can reorder

Wholesale LED strip lighting includes several electrical and optical designs. Reels that look alike can need different supplies, controllers or connections. Decide what the installed light should do before choosing the circuit and board format.
For wholesale LED strip lights, match the model to your channel opening, section lengths and wiring route. VST is an LED strip OEM supplier that can discuss preparation for your assembly. White, CCT, RGB, RGBW, RGBCCT and addressable strips require different controls, even when their supply voltage is the same. Choose discrete LEDs or a continuous COB line, then view a sample through the actual cover. Record the model, voltage, cut length and reel identification on both the sample and purchase specification. These details give your team a consistent basis for checking later batches.
✓

Choose the control circuit

Single-color, tunable-white and digital RGB strips need different control hardware. Choose the light effect before you select the model and controller.

✓

Match the installation length

The cut interval and connection pads set the usable section lengths. Allow space for feed points and service joints in the installation.

✓

Keep versions identifiable

Prepared leads, reel labels and carton marks help your team distinguish voltage and color versions that look similar before they are powered.

✓

Check the actual light line

View a sample inside the specified channel and diffuser. The cover and mounting conditions affect the light you see and how the strip dissipates heat.

Product definition

What belongs in a wholesale strip order?

Flexible LED strips arrive by reel or as prepared lengths for installation inside a lighting detail or finished product.
An order for wholesale LED strip lights needs a complete electrical and mechanical specification. Record the color function, voltage, wattage per meter, PCB width, cut interval, protective construction and control type for each SKU. COB has a continuous emitting surface; SMD uses discrete LED packages. RGBW adds one white channel, while RGBCCT has warm and cool white channels alongside RGB. Addressable strips also need a matching data protocol and feed plan. These choices determine the supply, controller and connectors, as well as how the strip fits and looks behind a diffuser.

Product options

Choose white, tunable white or color control

VST's LED strip factory has the seven representative circuit options below. Use the model data to choose the supply and controls, then specify the prepared lengths and connections.

Configuration details

Check the circuit, cut length and connection

Put the details you approve on the sample into the order specification.

Circuit matched to control

Choose the supply and controller from the strip model. Similar reels can use different circuits and need different control hardware.

Defined cutting sections

Use the model drawing and cut interval to plan prepared sections, lead positions and the terminal space inside your profile.

Sample-based checks

Check the effect through your diffuser. Request the electrical and color data for the sample you will approve.

Identified prepared reels

Specify lead preparation and reel labels that identify voltage, color function and control type during receiving and assembly.

Inside the construction

How the components affect your assembly

As a LED strip OEM supplier, VST can check the light source, board and termination against different parts of your assembly.

Light source

LED packages

The light source determines whether you see separate points or a more continuous line before the light passes through a diffuser. Check a sample of wholesale LED strip lights in the channel you will use. The cover and viewing distance affect the finished appearance. Keep the source family recorded with the model and approved sample so you can compare later production against the same strip.

Circuit board

Flexible PCB

The flexible PCB carries the circuit and sets the strip width. Its copper pattern and marked cut positions also determine how a section can end inside a narrow profile. Obtain the model drawing and cutting interval before ordering prepared lengths. Allow room for the connection pads as well as the board; another strip with a similar appearance may use a different circuit.

Connection

Lead termination

The lead connects the strip to its driver or controller after the profile is closed. Decide where it should leave the channel and where the joint will remain accessible. Record the conductor assignment with those mechanical details. VST can discuss pre-soldered leads for the chosen model, but the controller and connector must still be checked together with the strip.

Application selection

Where the strip will work

Choose the installation before ordering wholesale LED strip lights. As your wholesale LED strip lights supplier, VST can compare the optical, mechanical and wiring requirements of the applications below.

Retail display shelves

On a retail shelf, the strip must illuminate merchandise without leaving visible points along the edge. Check the groove width and cover, then choose the color target and cable exit for that fixture. VST can provide a model sample for your profile and discuss prepared leads for repeated assembly.

Furniture channels

Furniture channels often leave little room for the strip connector or a bend. Measure the full channel section and work out how the strip could be replaced after assembly. VST can check prepared lengths against a sample routing plan and help choose a reel and lead arrangement that fit.

Architectural reveals

A cove or wall reveal needs a controllable light line and accessible supply equipment. Set the run lengths and feed positions, and check the diffuser setback before choosing white or color control. VST can compare suitable models and provide samples to try inside the recess you intend to build.

Signage returns

Inside a letter return, bends can be tight and connections hard to reach once the face is installed. Check the smallest radius and cut points, with a protected route for the leads. VST can discuss prepared sections and a sample fit test for the depth of your sign.

Equipment integration

An equipment enclosure must leave room to mount, power and service the strip in the correct assembly sequence. Check voltage and source format against the drawing, including clearance for the leads. VST can review the integration detail and discuss identification and packing for the configuration your team selects.

Start a specification discussion

Send the lighting task and quantity

Tell us the light effect, installation location and estimated meter quantity. Include details of any channel or controller you have chosen. VST can recommend models and identify the remaining information needed to quote wholesale LED strip lights for your configuration.

Disconnect power before cutting or connecting the strip. Cut at the model's permitted positions and match the voltage and control channels. Support the strip on a suitable mounting surface, protect the joints and test each section before closing the diffuser or enclosure.

Ordering and cooperation

Samples, order quantities and production

The quotation should state the terms for your model and preparation requirements.
01

Yes. VST can provide a sample of the strip configuration you choose. Identify both the sample version and the version intended for the order. Sample charges may be credited against a later bulk order if that is agreed in advance.
02

LED strip orders generally start around 500 meters. The circuit, stock position and preparation or packaging requirements affect the actual minimum. Send the model and meter quantity so VST can quote the applicable MOQ.
03

VST supports private labeling and custom packing. Supply the artwork and reel identification with your carton instructions and strip specification. These details can then be checked before production.
04

Regular products generally need 2 to 3 weeks in production. Allow about 3 to 4 weeks for light customization and 4 to 6 weeks for extensive changes. Quantity, material availability and approval timing affect the schedule; add transit time separately.
05

LED strips generally have two- or three-year warranty options. Five years applies only to selected products. Check certification status and reports against the exact SKU and destination market before approving an order.
06

Samples can be paid by PayPal, Western Union or bank transfer, usually in full before processing. Bulk orders generally use bank transfer with a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% before shipment. The quotation records the terms you agree.

Product questions

Choosing and connecting wholesale LED strip lights

The circuit you choose affects the controller, cut lengths and installed appearance of wholesale LED strip lights. These questions cover the choices that need a closer check in your channel or enclosure before you place the order.

Choose the light effect first, then identify the circuit it needs.
Fixed whiteSingle-color strip and matching supply
Changing whiteCCT strip and suitable channels
Programmed colorAddressable model, protocol and feed plan
Compare that model's width and cut interval with the space available in your installation.

The controller must match the circuit. RGB and RGB plus two white channels use different output assignments. An addressable strip also needs the correct data protocol and direction, so verify the complete control arrangement before substituting a reel.

Measure the installed span and divide it into complete units of the model's cutting interval. Leave room for pads, leads and service joints. A channel or enclosure drawing helps establish where the first and last usable sections should end.

COB can reduce visible light points, but the diffuser, profile depth and viewing distance still determine the line you see. Try a sample in the actual channel. A close-view shelf and a deep cove may need different optical arrangements with the same strip.

One specification works across several sites only if its voltage, protection, thermal mounting and controls suit each installation. Check damp locations, short cabinet sections and long architectural runs individually. VST can compare the available constructions with those conditions before you settle the order.
