UFO LED High Bay Light Selection for the Work Below

Choose a UFO LED high bay light around the target surfaces and mounting conditions. VST can compare output and distribution, check the electrical configuration and propose a sample for the intended layout.
  • Six published platforms from 100W to 500W
  • Model-specific beam and input-voltage choices
  • DIP-adjustable power on selected smaller models
  • Lighting-layout and sample support for your site

Product selection

Decide where the light must reach

High ceilings can hide a poor match between output and the task below. Map the working surfaces, obstructions and available mounting positions before selecting power.
As a UFO LED high bay light supplier, VST can compare a compact circular fixture with larger-output models against your layout. The published range includes different beam options and housing sizes; the 500W platform also uses a different input-voltage range. Start with mounting height, room dimensions and the task. Existing circuit details and control requirements then help identify a workable configuration before a sample is installed in a representative area.
✓

Task visibility

Identify the surfaces where labels, tools or workpieces must be seen. A bright floor beneath a fitting does not establish useful light throughout the working zone.

✓

Optical distribution

Compare beam options using the actual spacing and obstructions. Narrow and broad distributions place the available output differently, even within one power class.

✓

Electrical supply

Check the circuit voltage against the selected model. The 500W fixture is not interchangeable with the smaller platforms simply because the shape is circular.

✓

Mounting and access

Record the support structure and how the fitting will be reached for installation and maintenance. Suspension and electrical cables have different functions and must be planned separately.

Working with VST

Choose the configuration before repeating the installation

VST is a UFO LED high bay light manufacturer offering lighting simulations, sample support and model-specific electrical and structural discussions.
✓

Photometric layout work

VST can use candidate photometric data with room dimensions, mounting positions and target surfaces to compare spacing and distribution before fixtures are ordered.

✓

Sample measurements

Integrating-sphere checks can support output, CCT and color-rendering comparisons. Request data for the selected power and optical configuration so the sample result is relevant to the order.

✓

Control preparation

Discuss the required driver and control behavior before sampling. A list of available interfaces does not mean one supplied driver supports every control system.

✓

Inspection and packing

Agree electrical, appearance and packing checks for the selected fitting. Protective packing should preserve the lens, housing and mounting interfaces during transport.

✓

Delivery coordination

For phased installation work, VST can discuss model identification and shipment planning. Keep the accepted configuration associated with each delivery stage so the site receives the intended fittings.

Product construction

Circular form does not set the lighting layout

A UFO LED high bay light is a compact round luminaire used where the mounting height and lighting task justify a high-bay configuration.
The housing shape is only one part of selection. Output, distribution and spacing determine how the light reaches the working area. Published lumen figures describe the fixture, not the illuminance at every point in a building. Rack faces, machinery and room surfaces change the result. Selected VST platforms allow DIP power settings, while the 500W model is listed separately without that same adjustment claim. Compare the exact operating configuration in the layout and retain it in the order instead of assigning a universal mounting height or replacement ratio to the whole range.

Control options by order

Driver and accessory choices define control behavior. VST can discuss the required interface with the selected model instead of treating all dimming requests as equivalent.

Component details

Light source, housing and optic

These components affect output, operating conditions and distribution.

Component detail

LED array

The LED array distributes sources across the circular optical opening. The published models identify the LED source supplier, but fixture output also depends on drive conditions and the lens. Compare the complete UFO LED high bay light at the selected operating configuration. A component designation alone does not prove the lumen output, color quality or temperature of the installed luminaire.

Component detail

Die-cast heat sink

The die-cast aluminium housing provides a heat path from the light engine to the surrounding air. Its exposed surfaces need suitable space and operating conditions to perform that role. Check obstructions, ambient conditions and the required mounting arrangement for the selected model. A larger power rating does not justify placing the fitting in a cavity or assuming all high-temperature environments are covered.

Component detail

PC lens

The PC optical cover shapes distribution and forms the visible lower face of the fixture. Select the lens configuration used in the layout, then keep it identified with the order. Dirt, damage or an inappropriate replacement can change the light and enclosure condition. Where a reflector accessory is being considered, check the model-specific option and mounting arrangement rather than fitting an unrelated shade.

Video introduction

VST and high-ceiling project supply

Use the introductions alongside your model and project discussions.

VST project-lighting support

The company introduction gives background on VSTโ€™s lighting work. For a high-ceiling project, discuss the candidate fixture, layout data and inspection scope needed to move from an initial room description to a sample installation.

Applications

Light for high-ceiling working areas

The task, structure and operating environment shape the useful layout.
Industrial warehouse with a suspended LED light fixture over a wide aisle between tall orange metal shelving and packed pallets on both sides.

Warehouse aisles

Warehouse lighting must reach stock labels and travel routes while racks obstruct some viewing angles. Establish rack height, aisle width and available suspension positions before choosing output. VST can compare a UFO LED high bay light configuration in the layout and arrange a representative sample area to assess visibility.

Production floors

Production areas need useful light on machinery and workpieces without creating avoidable shadows from equipment. Check the task locations, mounting height, ambient conditions and operating hours. VST can discuss appropriate output and distribution, supported by model data and a sample configuration for the planned working zone.

Vehicle maintenance bays

A maintenance bay needs clear visibility around raised vehicles and work positions at different heights. Consider obstructions from lifts, reflections from bodywork and the positions available for suspension. VST can compare optical choices and a sample layout, while localized inspection tasks may require their own lighting solution.

Indoor loading halls

An enclosed loading hall combines vehicle movement with handling and identification tasks. Check clearances, impact risks and the switching or sensor behavior needed as activity changes. VST can propose a model and control configuration for the space, with sample evaluation before repeating the installation across the hall.

Indoor sports spaces

A sports hall needs light across the playing area while limiting uncomfortable views of bright fixtures. Establish the layout, viewing directions and any ball-impact or guarding requirement before selection. VST can discuss a UFO LED high bay light and relevant photometric data; special impact suitability requires applicable evidence.

Specify power, optics, CCT and the required driver/control configuration for the chosen model. Labels, packaging and supported mounting accessories can be discussed. Do not assume every reflector or control option applies to every platform.
VSTโ€™s UFO LED high bay light factory assembles the selected array, driver, housing and optic. The order can define electrical checks, photometric sampling, aging, closure inspection and packing, with the sample configuration retained for comparison.
Isolate the supply and verify the model voltage. Use suitable load-rated support and the approved suspension or bracket method; do not suspend the fixture by its power cable. A qualified installer should complete electrical and control checks before operation, following the model instructions.

Ordering and cooperation

High-bay ordering questions

Agree the configuration before setting the supply terms.
01

Yes. VST can discuss a sample of the relevant model and control configuration. State the intended circuit and mounting conditions first. Agree sample charges and any conditional credit toward a later bulk order before dispatch.
02

No. A general starting point for a lower-power standard fixture is around 100 pieces. Higher-value configurations may support smaller starting quantities. The exact minimum depends on model, accessories and customization and will be stated in the quotation.
03

Discuss the required quantities, model identification and packing for each stage. VST can coordinate shipment planning around the agreed production scope. Delivery dates still depend on materials, approvals and transport rather than a blanket immediate-stock promise.
04

Plan the fixture configuration first. Standard production usually needs 2 to 3 weeks; light changes typically require 3 to 4, and extensive customization 4 to 6. Material availability and project approvals affect those periods. Include transit separately in the installation schedule.
05

The six published platforms list five-year coverage. Confirm the conditions for the selected fixture, operating environment and modifications in the quotation. Report a quality concern with the order reference, model and clear photographs or video so replacement support can be assessed.
06

The bulk-order terms are 30% deposit and the remaining 70% before shipment, paid by bank transfer. Samples are prepaid in full through PayPal, Western Union or bank transfer. Agree development or tooling charges before work begins.

Product questions

Replacement and site requirements

The existing structure and circuit can narrow a high-bay proposal before detailed lighting work begins. Check the remaining replacement, supply and control questions before committing to a UFO LED high bay light configuration.

Check a trial area with both systems operating. Compare task visibility, color appearance and the switching or control behavior at the boundary between areas. The remaining fixtures influence the combined result, so a layout for the completed replacement does not describe every intermediate phase.

Existing item Check before reuse
Structural fixing Condition and rated load for the fitting
Power circuit Model input range and circuit condition
Control wiring Compatibility with the ordered driver
Maintenance access Safe access to the installed position

No. Compare the required light on the task with the proposed distribution and spacing. The old fixture, its condition and the room layout affect the comparison. Select a UFO LED high bay light from photometric needs rather than promising the same replacement ratio everywhere.

Follow the exact model instructions and isolate the supply before adjusting a fixture unless its documented procedure explicitly permits otherwise. Record the intended power setting and corresponding lighting data. The 500W model does not carry the same published DIP-adjustment claim.

No. Describe chemicals, corrosion, extreme temperatures or hazardous atmospheres separately. The stated ingress rating does not establish resistance to every substance or hazardous-area approval. Obtain evidence for the actual exposure before selecting equipment for an unusual environment.

No. Specify detection, timing, dimmed level and the required control interface for the ordered driver and accessory. VST can check which combination supports that behavior. A sensor option is not proof that every UFO LED high bay light configuration uses the same control logic.
