Product fit

One line for two kinds of light

An RGBWW COB LED strip request usually specifies RGB with separate warm and cool white channels. VST lists C840RGBCCT2112 with these functions under RGBCCT. Check the controller mapping against the actual model wiring.
C840RGBCCT2112 is a 24V model with a 12mm PCB, a 21W/m load and a 35.71mm cut interval. It suits a display-shelf sample where white tone matters alongside color scenes. Its analog five-channel circuit controls a connected section together; addressable effects require a different design. As an RGBWW COB LED strip supplier, VST can discuss sample comparison, lead preparation and reel identification. Test the RGB and white states with your controller and through the cover you intend to install.
✓

Allocate five channels

RGB and both white outputs need compatible control hardware. Check the terminal map before choosing the connectors.

✓

Leave room for 12mm

Product definition

RGBWW and RGBCCT in the specification

RGBWW and RGBCCT can both describe RGB with warm and cool white channels. The model specification determines how those channels are connected and controlled.
An RGBWW COB LED strip is useful when the same continuous-looking line must provide color effects and adjustable white. VST calls the C840 circuit RGBCCT: RGB plus warm and cool white on a 24V analog five-channel COB board. The connected section changes together. A request for pixel effects needs another control architecture. Similar color names do not establish controller compatibility, conductor assignment or dimming behavior. State the effect you need and check the wiring for the model before you approve it.

Configuration details

Fit the five-channel circuit

Approve the channel map and physical connection together with the sample light effect.

Five-channel planning

The controller outputs and conductor map must match the model's RGB and two white circuits.

35.71mm cut interval

Keep complete circuit units when cutting sections, with enough pad space for the termination.

White and color sample

Compare warm, cool and RGB light through your diffuser at the intended viewing distance.

Identified lead set

Record the conductor functions and reel identification with the accepted sample so assembly uses the intended circuit.

Inside the construction

Components behind both light modes

The emitting layer shapes the line you see; the board and multiconductor lead determine how it fits and connects.

Light source

COB emitting face

The COB surface can blend color into a line that looks smoother at close range than an exposed strip of separate LED packages. VST is an RGBWW COB LED strip OEM supplier that can discuss a C840 sample for your cover. White balance and colored reflections depend on profile depth and nearby materials. Use that model for the electrical and visual comparison.

Circuit board

Five-channel PCB

The 12mm PCB carries RGB and both white circuits and must fit the profile. Its 35.71mm cut interval sets the available section lengths. Check the drawing at corners and lead exits, allowing room for the connector or mounting lip. The luminous line in a photo can look narrower than the space needed by the complete strip and its connection.

Connection

Multiconductor lead

The multiconductor lead connects the five-channel strip to the controller. Check the conductor map and plan its exit direction, connector clearance and service access before finalizing the housing. VST can discuss prepared leads for the model. Record the exact assignments on the order drawing and with the sample so each section can be connected to the intended outputs.

Application selection

Where both color and white matter

An RGBWW COB LED strip can provide both atmospheric color and white light in the same profile. VST, a COB RGBCCT LED strip OEM supplier, can use C840RGBCCT2112 as the sample to check those tasks.

Retail display shelves

Retail shelves can alternate a branded color scene with white light for merchandise. Check the white balance through the diffuser and allow room for the 12mm board beside the fixture hardware. VST can supply a C840 sample for the shelf mock-up and discuss the lead exit your assembly needs.

Hotel reception coves

Hotel reception coves may use warm white during normal operation and color for events. Establish the setback and control scenes, with 24V feed locations that remain accessible after the ceiling closes. VST can support a sample comparison in your recess and discuss prepared sections for that installation layout.

Furniture display alcoves

A furniture alcove can combine decorative color with usable white illumination. Measure the channel and check where the five-channel lead can leave the furniture body. VST can compare the C840 board with your joinery drawing and provide a sample to evaluate through the selected profile cover before assembly.

Commercial feature walls

A recessed feature wall can switch between adjustable white and controlled color. Check profile depth and driver access, including how adjacent sections meet along the line. VST can discuss the C840 strip and a connection layout that keeps the joints accessible for service after the wall is finished.

Exhibition plinths

Reusable exhibition plinths need sections that remain identifiable during packing and setup. Check packing length and connector protection, then match each unit to its controller channel map. VST can discuss prepared leads and reel labels around the sample you approve so installation teams can distinguish the sections on site.

Start a specification discussion

Test both lighting modes in your profile

Share the profile width and required white tones, with your RGB scene, controller details and quantity. As an RGBWW COB LED strip supplier, VST can compare the C840 five-channel model with your requirements and propose a sample.

Product questions

RGBWW COB controller and profile questions

Before ordering an RGBWW COB LED strip, check how your controller drives both white channels and how the cut sections fit the joinery. The C840 model provides a defined starting point, while a profile sample establishes the appearance you can expect in the installation.

C840RGBCCT2112 uses analog five-channel RGBCCT control. It does not provide individually addressed pixels. If sections must follow separate programs, request a different circuit and verify the IC with the controller.

The controller needs outputs for both white channels.
RGBW RGB plus one white output
RGBCCT RGB plus warm and cool white outputs
Match its channel map to the strip and test the warm, cool and mixed-white states on a sample.

The PCB is 12mm wide. The channel also needs clearance for strip edges, any protective construction and the lead termination. Check those details in the full cross-section before selecting the finished profile.

Plan complete sections using the 35.71mm cut interval. Leave room for pads and cable routing at the ends. If the joinery dimension falls between cut points, change the mounting layout or consider another design; cutting through a circuit can damage the section.

Check the sample through your diffuser to establish the white appearance in the installation. The RGBCCT format alone does not set the finished tone. Channel balance, controller settings and surrounding materials affect the scene you see.
