60W configuration requests

60W LED tri-proof light available on request

Tell us what light output you need from your 60W LED tri-proof light.
  • A 60W option is available on request in VST’s 1500mm range.
  • Photometric data for the chosen version establishes its usable output.
  • Driver, control and thermal requirements need to work together.
  • Start with the lighting task and supply conditions; a complete engineering package can follow.

Specify the result

Decide what the wattage requirement is for

A 60W requirement may come from the old product, a power allowance or an initial lighting design. Identify which constraint your project actually needs to meet.
Start with the target illuminance and site conditions for your 60W LED tri-proof light. As your 60W LED tri-proof light supplier, VST can use those requirements to prepare component and configuration options for evaluation. The proposal can identify the driver, LED arrangement and control functions, together with the data needed to assess the fitting in your lighting layout.
✓

Reason for 60W

State whether the wattage is mandatory or an initial estimate. A fixed electrical limit and a required lighting result lead to different engineering decisions.

✓

Operating conditions

Record the temperature around the actual luminaire position, including heat from machinery or the ceiling. Room-level measurements may not describe that local environment.

✓

Option boundaries

Describe the controls and emergency operation you need separately. Their behavior must work together in the complete unit; accessory names alone do not establish compatibility.

Engineering discussion

Get data for the version you intend to order

VST is a 60W LED tri-proof light manufacturer with this power option available on request. Our engineers can identify the data needed to evaluate your proposed assembly.
✓

Electrical design input

VST’s electrical engineers can check the requested power against the supply and control requirements. Wattage is one part of that work, not a complete driver specification.

✓

Thermal measurement capability

Thermal imaging and aging equipment can investigate temperature behavior. Agree the product version and operating conditions to test before applying a result to your order.

✓

Output measurement resources

Integrating-sphere and photometric measurements can evaluate the finished fitting. Use data for the requested 60W version when making the lighting-design decisions.

✓

Structural feasibility

Our engineers can examine component fit, cable routing and access inside the sealed enclosure. These clearances need attention when several options are combined.

✓

Changes recorded clearly

Keep component and option changes recorded in the agreed product brief as development proceeds. That makes any difference from the quoted assembly explicit.

Requested power

Understanding a 60W LED tri-proof light specification

Sixty watts specifies the nominal electrical input. Lumens, body length and the light level at the working plane need to be specified separately.
For a 60W IP65 LED tri-proof light, describe the required enclosure protection and the moisture, cleaning or temperature exposure at the site. Give engineering the input supply, intended control behavior and mounting constraints together. These details help assess the proposed components as one assembly. Wattage sets the electrical requirement; output and distribution determine how the light reaches the working plane.

Published option

A supported starting point for 60W

Our 60W LED tri-proof light factory starts with the existing 1500mm platform. Specify voltage, light color, diffuser finish and control behavior in your inquiry so VST can prepare a configuration proposal for the installation.

Development support

Prepare the sample and order details

Define which version the sample, labels and packing must represent.

Configuration sample

An evaluation sample lets you examine the proposed assembly. Identify its exact version so observations about that sample are not applied to other variants.

Version identification

VST can prepare labels that distinguish the requested 60W version from other models in the range, making it easier to identify at receipt and installation.

Handling protection

Develop the packing around the final enclosure and its projecting parts. Use the product selected for production to set the packing requirements.

Supply coordination

If the lights share a shipment with other goods, discuss consolidation once the product version is agreed and its transport dimensions are available.

Assembly priorities

Check the components at the requested power

Review the light source, internal clearances and diffuser for the requested 60W assembly.

LED package

Emitter operation at the chosen load

The base fitting uses SMD 2835 emitters. For the requested 60W assembly, assess the proposed LED choice, operating current and temperature control together. Agree the color and output requirements before evaluating the completed fitting. The LED specification gives engineering a basis for choosing the source arrangement and assessing its behavior at the intended load. The component image illustrates the package type.

Housing

Space inside the sealed body

The requested version starts with the 1500mm enclosure. Internal parts need space for secure fixings, insulation and cable routes without pressing against the cover. A sensor or another accessory may change that layout. Assess fit within the complete assembly, including the space needed around each part; comparing the component’s outer dimensions with the housing dimensions is not enough.

Diffuser

Optics for the final configuration

Choose the opal or transparent diffuser around the intended viewing conditions. Compare how clearly the individual sources remain visible and how the light leaves the fitting from the angles people will see. Assess the selected cover together with the LED arrangement. Photometric data for that combination helps you judge distribution, while a physical sample lets you examine the appearance of the emitting surface.

Company and cooperation

Conditional applications

Where a 60W requirement may arise

Each scene needs its own performance target and environmental assessment before the requested configuration is selected.

Higher mounting in storage buildings

Storage buildings with raised mounting positions may prompt a 60W request when a lower-output fitting misses the working-plane target. Establish the rack height, ceiling position and required vertical visibility before increasing power. VST can assess the proposed distribution and discuss the configuration data needed to calculate the resulting layout.

Industrial inspection support

An inspection-support area may need more light around handling positions while retaining an enclosed linear format. Identify the inspection task, required color rendering and the location of reflective surfaces before choosing the assembly. VST can discuss the optical target and determine whether the proposed 60W option addresses the actual visibility requirement.

Logistics transfer zones

Goods-transfer zones connect several routes and may combine intermittent occupancy with sustained activity. Describe detection areas, switching behavior and the effect of a control failure on the operation. VST can examine the requested sensor functions and electrical configuration so the proposed assembly suits the movement pattern without assuming universal control compatibility.

Infrastructure maintenance bays

Infrastructure maintenance bays need usable light around large equipment and service access points. Record the supply circuit, local temperature and available support positions, together with any clearance needed for moving plant. VST engineering can evaluate the requested power against the physical installation and identify the information needed for a project proposal.

Covered process access

A covered process-access route can require stronger linear lighting without placing fixtures inside the process equipment. Check splash exposure, cleaning chemicals and heat near the mounting location before specifying protection. VST can discuss enclosure suitability and the configuration evidence needed for that environment, including any conditions that require a different solution.

Define the requirement

Build your 60W LED tri-proof light proposal

Send the lighting task, target output or illuminance, supply voltage and quantity. VST can be your 60W LED tri-proof light OEM supplier, working through the proposed assembly and the data you need to evaluate it.

Configuration basis

The base platform and requested version

Before ordering, confirm the 60W version’s output, input voltage, driver, controls and applicable protection requirements in the quotation.
Published base platform VST-STF-150-50W
Requested option 60W on request
Platform body dimensions 1500 × 82 × 74 mm
Published housing / cover Grey PC / PC
Published cover alternatives Opal / transparent
Published mounting Surface / suspended / wall mounted
VST’s 60W LED tri-proof light factory can evaluate power, voltage, color, cover and controls as a complete combination. The proposal should identify the driver and LED arrangement, then provide the relevant thermal, electrical and photometric information. Structural redesign may involve tooling work.
VST checks incoming components and production against the agreed parts list. Settle the requested version before scheduling its materials. Final and outgoing inspections should use the same product identity and acceptance requirements.
Use installation instructions issued for the selected configuration. A qualified electrician should isolate the supply, check the product input rating and use approved supports and sealed entries. Do not modify the driver, add controls or alter the enclosure on site without the appropriate technical assessment.

Commercial scope

Agree the development scope and order terms

Set the evaluation requirements, production scope and commercial terms for the requested power option.
01

Yes. Describe the application and why you need 60W. VST can identify which technical details are missing before preparing a proposal. You can leave specifications open until those questions are resolved.
02

The published base model lists 96 pieces, but the requested 60W combination needs its own quotation. Component changes, labeling and order split can affect the applicable quantity, so the standard figure is not an unconditional commitment.
03

Samples may carry a charge, and substantial structural customization can involve tooling. A later bulk-order credit for sample expenditure is possible by agreement. Tooling costs and credit arrangements must be discussed separately rather than assumed refundable.
04

The relevant general ranges are 2–3 weeks for regular products, about 3–4 weeks for light customization and about 4–6 weeks for extensive customization. VST needs to classify the requested changes before applying a schedule, with transport added separately.
05

The warranty must match the final quoted configuration. Regular products generally have three- or five-year options; a requested version should receive an explicit term rather than automatically inheriting the base model’s published five years.
06

An evaluation sample is paid fully in advance through PayPal, Western Union or bank transfer. For the bulk stage, the usual bank-transfer arrangement is 30% deposit and 70% balance before dispatch.

60W questions

Resolve the remaining 60W LED tri-proof light choices

For your 60W LED tri-proof light, start with the information you have and identify what still needs to be specified. These questions address the remaining product choices and how to compare the proposed assembly with your project requirements.

That depends on the project specification. If wattage is a maximum allowance, a different load may be acceptable after the lighting result is demonstrated. If it is a mandated product requirement, explain that constraint when requesting the proposal so alternatives are not presented as compliant by assumption.

Ask for a quotation and verification data that identify the requested 60W assembly. The standard 50W model’s 6,500 lm figure does not establish output for this option.
Decision Relevant evidence
Usable light Photometry for the configured optical assembly
Electrical design Input, driver and control details
Thermal suitability Evaluation under stated operating conditions
Protection requirement Applicable enclosure evidence for the assembly

Specify the actual washdown method as well as IP65. Water pressure, temperature and cleaning agents can introduce requirements that an IP label alone does not resolve. The suitability decision needs the full exposure conditions, and a different protection or material solution may be necessary.

Only after the combined system is evaluated. Emergency operation, charging, control behavior and physical space must work together. A sensor option on the standard family does not establish an approved emergency combination or its operating duration.
