Complete kit configuration

LED strip lights with remote, receiver and matched power supply

Specify the complete package for handheld dimming, adjustable white or color lighting.
  • Choose a fixed-white, CCT or RGBW kit.
  • Include the receiver, remote and supply in one component list.
  • Match output channels and power to the selected strip length.
  • Ask VST for an itemized configuration and sample plan before ordering.

Choose the control function

Order the parts that make the system work

LED strip lights with remote control should arrive as a clearly specified package. A reel on its own leaves the receiver, handset and power source to be selected separately. Start with the required lighting function and include all four in the quotation.
The kit routes below pair published VST strips with receiver and supply requirements. As a remote control LED strip supplier, VST can discuss prepared lengths, matching connections and private packaging around one component list. State the lighting mode, zones and destination plug. The quotation identifies the accessory models and everything included.
✓

A complete component list

List tape, receiver, handset, power supply and installation accessories individually. Include quantities so a quotation for bare tape cannot be mistaken for a kit.

✓

Choose the lighting mode

Fixed white needs a dimming output, CCT needs two white channels, and RGBW needs color channels plus dedicated white. Match the remote to that receiver mode.

✓

Specify the delivery format

Select a reel kit or prepared sections. Identify plug type, cable lengths and packaging before deciding which connections are assembled ahead of shipment.

Matched supply scope

Build the kit around one agreed specification

As an LED strip manufacturer, VST can develop the light-source specification and coordinate the accessory requirements for your requested kit.
✓

An itemized kit quotation

Request separate entries for the light engine, receiver, remote and supply, with manufacturer identifiers recorded before the accessory selection is accepted.

✓

A sample of the whole system

Plan a sample with the selected receiver and power supply as well as the strip. Pairing and operating behavior can then be assessed together.

✓

Connection preparation

Prepared leads and identification can follow the selected interface. Agree these details during sampling to keep the strip-side connection consistent in production.

✓

Communication on substitutions

Replacing a receiver or handset may change pairing and operation. Make proposed substitutions visible before a new batch, so their effects can be checked.

System boundary

How LED strip lights with remote control fit together

The power supply feeds a receiver, and the receiver controls the tape in response to the handset. The selected output mode must match the tape’s white or color channels.
The proposed RF kits use fixed-white, tunable-white and RGBW light engines. RF control suits a receiver positioned out of sight, while an IR alternative needs a clear route to its sensor. Decide on the operating zones before choosing the receiver family. LED strip lights with remote control can be quoted with mounting accessories and prepared connections, but the exact parts and their model identifiers must be fixed for the order. The kit layouts shown are configuration illustrations; the supplied housings and connectors follow the agreed BOM.

Order-Specific Packing

Discuss kit packing or grouped parts if sections will go to different installations. Each group should arrive with the documents it needs.

Light-Source components

The light source and the electronics that operate it

Keep each part visible in the kit specification. The selected component models, electrical ratings and connectors should be recorded together.

Component 1

LED light source

The emitters determine which lighting functions are available. Compatible electronics can dim a single-color strip; separate color channels allow their outputs to be mixed. When choosing LED strip lights with remote control, settle the white or color behavior before selecting the handset. A remote with more buttons cannot add a white channel or another color function that the tape itself does not have.

Component 2

RF receiver

The receiver converts handset commands into the output required by the tape. Choose a single dimming channel for fixed white, two channels for CCT or four for RGBW. Check both per-channel and combined load limits at the installation temperature. For LED strip lights with remote control, a matching handset and receiver family are essential; sharing a radio frequency alone does not establish compatibility.

Component 3

Constant-voltage power supply

The supply converts the available input to the strip’s required DC voltage. Size it for the complete connected load and the supplier’s temperature and derating instructions. Our example kit calculations leave capacity above the published strip wattage, but they do not replace the chosen supply’s operating limits. Specify the destination plug or hardwired input and keep the supply accessible after installation.

Company context

Explore the range and the working relationship

Product-category information and cooperation feedback answer different questions about sourcing.

LED strip products as the starting point

The VST category video introduces strip products. Use it to begin a discussion of the light source, then request the receiver, handset and supply in the component list. The kit quotation establishes the exact package.

Communication through the order

Customer feedback provides context for working with VST. For a kit order, agree who supplies each part and how substitutions are handled. Pairing, range and component compatibility are checked on the selected sample package.

Remote-Control applications

Choose LED strip lights with remote control by application

The useful distinction is who operates which zone and what happens when the lighting is switched.

Hotel room coves

In a guest room, handheld dimming lets someone adjust indirect light from the bed or a seat. Decide on startup brightness, a manual way to operate the lights and a place to keep the remote. VST can discuss the strip and itemized control package for the room layout and handover instructions.

Media-wall backlighting

A media wall can use remote adjustment of background brightness or color without opening the cabinet. Locate the receiver, check reflections and decide whether television power switches the lighting supply. We can shortlist strips and discuss service access for the receiver; screen synchronization must be specified separately if you need it.

Display cabinets

Display-cabinet brightness may need adjusting when merchandise or surrounding light changes. Decide whether white-light quality or decorative color takes priority, and whether adjacent cases should respond together. VST can help define the strip sections and zone schedule so the requested remote functions follow the way the cabinets are arranged.

Meeting-room zones

A meeting room may have separate runs over the table, presentation wall and perimeter. Decide which groups need independent adjustment and whether they must work with building controls. Our team can discuss the strip loads and which parts VST supplies before a compatible remote-control method is selected for the room.

Temporary event counters

At temporary event counters, controls need to remain understandable as staff and layouts change. Specify the colors or dimming functions required, access to the receiver and how the parts travel between events. VST can discuss prepared sections and grouped packaging, with the controller chosen to support repeatable setup and handover.

Define your controls

Specify reel or cut-section packing, lead length, plug type and private labeling. A kit BOM should name each sourced receiver, handset and supply before sample acceptance. RF range, memory and optional app access are selection items for those components; include any required function in the quotation.
The LED strip factory prepares the tape and connections against the order specification. For a kit, add a sample check of receiver mode, pairing, dimming and restart behavior. Use the accepted BOM for component identification and packing checks, including instructions and any agreed mounting accessories.
Disconnect power before wiring. Match supply voltage, output channels and polarity using the selected component documents. Keep the receiver accessible and fit the strip on a suitable support. Pair the handset using its actual instructions, then test zone selection and recovery after the normal upstream switch is turned off and on.

Quotation and supply

Ordering LED strip lights with remote control

The agreed bill of materials determines what is sampled, produced and packed.
01

Arrange a complete kit sample once its component models are selected. Trial the receiver, remote and supply with the intended strip. By agreement, sample costs can be credited toward subsequent bulk production.
02

A general strip-order starting point is 500 meters. List remotes and receivers separately by kit or zone. The strip quantity does not determine how many control sets the project needs.
03

Regular products typically require 2-3 weeks of production; light customization is approximately 3-4 weeks and extensive customization approximately 4-6 weeks. Availability of the agreed control components also affects planning. These are production ranges, with transit scheduled separately.
04

Private labels and custom packaging are available. Instructions must match the selected receiver and remote. Extensive customization may incur tooling charges, which should be identified in the package quotation.
05

A sample order is prepaid in full through PayPal, Western Union or bank transfer. Normal bulk terms are a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, paid by bank transfer. Use the quotation to establish the total package value.
06

Specify warranty terms for each part of the kit. Strip coverage is generally two or three years, with five years limited to selected products. The quoted receiver and handset need their own terms. Support quality claims with a description and photos or video.

Control questions

Settle the operating details before ordering

LED strip lights with remote control are easiest to order when the kit contents and electrical load are explicit. These questions cover power calculations, supplied accessories and everyday operation, helping you choose a package that fits the installation before the component models are finalized.

Ask for the strip model and length, receiver model, handset model, supply model and accessory quantities. State plug type, zones and any prepared cable lengths. The quotation should distinguish included installation parts from site-provided channels or wiring and identify the samples used to accept the complete package.

5m configuration Published tape load Initial supply proposal
Fixed white 5 × 10W = 50W 24V / 60W
CCT, both channels 5 × (6+6)W = 60W 24V / 75W
RGBW 5 × 14.4W = 72W 24V / 96W
These are design starting points. Check the selected supply’s usable output and temperature derating, and verify receiver channel loads before approving the BOM.

Some receiver families support multiple zones. Separate independently controlled rooms from lights that must respond together, then test pairing before handover.

An upstream wall switch cuts receiver power. Check how the chosen controller restarts and whether that behavior suits normal use of the switch and remote.

App access is an additional requirement. It may need a specific receiver, gateway or network connection, so request it explicitly when selecting LED strip lights with remote control.

Check replacement availability and keep both component model identifiers with the pairing instructions. If operation without the remote is essential, specify an alternative control method.
