Multi-product supply

LED light wholesale supply for your product program

Specify LED light wholesale orders with a model and option list for each configuration you intend to repeat.
  • Several fixture families in one order discussion
  • Published model data for comparison
  • Samples matching the proposed configuration
  • Private labels and packaging quoted separately

Assortment planning

Define the products before comparing prices

LED lighting wholesale quotations need a model, options, quantity, and destination for each item. Use those details to check that the goods being compared are equivalent.
LED light wholesale packages can include downlights, track heads, high-bays, protected battens, and floodlights. Record each familyโ€™s electrical, optical, and warranty requirements. Ask LED lighting wholesale suppliers to specify driver, finish, and packing options. VST can help prepare the assortment with standard models and development listed separately.
✓

Model-level quantities

List quantities by model and configuration. A combined order total cannot define production and packing requirements for the different products in the assortment.

✓

Comparable quotation scope

Show driver, finish, labels, and packing in the quotation. Compare unit prices only after checking that the configurations match.

✓

Destination requirements

State the destination for each version. Check that its product documents cover the selected configuration rather than a different fixture.

Supply organization

Identify every model and option in the order

VST is an LED lighting wholesale supplier for a defined assortment, with sample references and packing requirements recorded by item.
✓

Technical questions by fixture family

Check installation and controls for each fixture family. VST can address the technical questions in the quotation so the assortment keeps its model-specific requirements.

✓

Private-label scope

VST can customize product stickers and packaging to the agreed requirements. Specify the artwork separately from electrical or mechanical changes to the product.

✓

Samples for repeat production

Retain the selected sample with its source, driver, optics, and finish recorded. Those details identify the configuration to repeat when discussing production.

✓

Following the production order

Agree the production photographs and inspection records needed for the order. Keep certification documents and measured product data alongside them when evaluating the selected configuration.

Supply scope

What an LED light wholesale order needs to specify

LED light wholesale supply means ordering identified fixture models and configurations in bulk for a product or project program.
Specify input, driver, optics, finish, documents, and packing by line. LED lighting wholesale programs can combine families, retaining each productโ€™s limits. VST is an LED lighting manufacturer that can discuss standard supply separately from engineering changes. Identify that optional work in the quotation, with the models it affects.

Assortment routes

Five fixture families for your assortment

VST can assess branding and configuration requests as your LED lighting OEM supplier. Specify them by fixture family so the quotation shows where each option applies.

Repeat-supply details

Details to retain for repeat orders

Your LED lighting supplier can help keep measurements, construction details, options, and identifiers recorded against the configuration you order.

Photometric reference

Compare published data with the agreed sample measurements. Record which model and optical option those measurements describe so the comparison remains useful for repeat supply.

Construction identity

Record the source, housing, and optics that define the product. Note changes even where the exterior looks the same.

Option boundaries

A driver or connector change may alter compatibility. Use written option references to distinguish the electrical versions in a mixed order.

Packing traceability

Use product and carton references for receiving and allocating stock. Record whether a change affects only the label or the fixture itself.

Product construction

Three physical details to retain in the record

Retain these physical details with the selected model when assessing a component or housing change.

Source identity

COB light source

The recessed downlight uses a compact COB source. Its specification belongs to that model. Retain the source requirements and sample when repeating an LED light wholesale order. A substitute source may change appearance even inside the same housing. Compare the proposed revision with the intended product and its visual requirements before accepting it, including changes that still leave the fitting able to illuminate.

Optical identity

Downlight reflector

The faceted reflector directs light within the downlight optical system. Record the selected optic with its model and retain the photometric information. Use those records to compare a later revision or a similar-looking fitting. Matching external forms cannot establish equal distribution. A proposed replacement therefore needs its optical behavior checked against the original sample before it is treated as the same product.

Mechanical identity

Finned metal housing

The finned housing defines part of the mounting envelope and heat-transfer construction. Record its dimensions and finish for repeat installations in existing ceilings or the defined assortment. When a different housing is proposed, check mechanical fit and thermal requirements. The product name and rated power may stay the same even when that revision changes how the fixture fits or operates.

Working with VST

Meet the company supplying your assortment

Company information and a customer perspective on repeated cooperation.

VST company background

Get to know VST before discussing models and branding. Define the LED light wholesale goods in your quotation and configuration documents. Use those records to identify the products being supplied alongside the company introduction.

Working together between orders

Watch a customer view of working with VST. Agree how sample references and configuration changes will pass between repeat orders. Use the quotation and retained samples to evaluate that process for your own assortment.

Program applications

Where the fixture assortment will be used

Select the models separately for each supply situation, with its installation and operating requirements recorded.

Commercial ceiling programs

Commercial ceiling programs need fittings that suit openings, fixings, and the use of each room across the buildings. Establish those installation requirements before setting repeat quantities. VST can help organize downlight models and finishes into the assortment, keeping the quantities for each building separate from the product configuration you intend to repeat.

Retail chain assortments

Retail chains need display flexibility and a consistent appearance between stores. Identify the track system and finishes, then describe the merchandise presentation required from the range. VST can compare directional models and private labels so you can retain the selected configurations while changing quantities to suit each store size and layout.

Industrial upgrade packages

Industrial upgrades need products suited to exposure conditions and available service access. Describe the site and selected high-bay version before assigning quantities. VST can provide model information and assess optical or control options for that item, so its industrial requirements remain clearly recorded within an assortment that also contains commercial fixtures.

Building maintenance stock

Maintenance stock needs to match the existing fittings that may require replacement. Record dimensions and wiring before adding a protected batten to the range. VST can compare published models and their item references against that information, helping you select stock that fits the intended installation rather than relying on a similar external appearance.

Outdoor site supply

Outdoor products need suitable fixing, protection, and distribution for the intended locations. Describe those locations and the bracket-mounted version proposed for the range. VST can compare floodlight models and discuss packing for them, with the electrical and optical options recorded on the outdoor product lines separately from the commercial ceiling fixtures.

Record label, packing, finish, source, and driver requests on each line. Extensive development may need tooling or tests. Specify which options apply to each family so a change for one product is not assumed across the assortment.
Keep sample and component records available during production. Incoming, in-process, final, and outgoing checks address different stages. Identify similar versions separately and record which model each technical revision affects.
Provide the instructions for each selected model. Tubes, downlights, track heads, and floodlights need different installation procedures. A qualified electrician must verify supply, mounting, earthing, and controls. Keep model records available after stock is allocated.

Commercial arrangements

Quantities and commercial terms by product

Record quantities and options against each product line.
01

Yes. VST is a China-based factory supplying standard and customized LED lighting. Send the assortment and destination so the quotation lists models and options by item, with the documents relevant to each version.
02

Yes, you can discuss several families together. Starting quantities remain model-specific: around 100 for lower-value fittings, or 50, 30, or 20 for suitable higher-value products. Development requirements may change those quantities.
03

Agree the sample credit with VST for the later bulk order. Record the configuration and purchase covered by those terms, especially if the assortment changes. A sample charge is not automatically waived or refunded.
04

Standard goods usually take 2 to 3 weeks to produce. Light modifications need about 3 to 4 weeks, and extensive customization about 4 to 6 weeks. Allow additional shipping time. Material availability and approved configurations determine release of the mixed order.
05

Use bank transfer for bulk orders: 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Sample orders require 100% payment upfront, using PayPal, Western Union, or bank transfer. List tooling and any agreed sample credits separately.
06

No. Use the warranty recorded for each fixture model. Regular products generally have three- or five-year options. Report quality problems with an explanation and photos or video, then discuss replacements dispatched separately or with the next order.

Assortment questions

LED light wholesale questions before ordering

Define each LED light wholesale quotation line and check the documents for its destination. Identify versions for different electrical markets separately. Use consistent product descriptions in the assortment plan, sample records, and production order so the same goods are specified at each stage.

Send the preferred models or fixture families, quantities, destination, and branding requirements. If a model is undecided, use a product photo to show the intended form. The remaining technical details can be developed by item while the assortment is being defined.

State the configuration and commercial scope for each model.
Item Record
Fixture identity Model and configuration
Commercial quantity Units by selected version
Options Driver, optic, finish, label
Packing and shipment Carton scope and agreed trade basis
Use these entries to compare quotations. Keep product options distinct from shipping assumptions so an identical unit price can be checked against the complete goods and services included.

Only where the documents cover the models and versions being supplied. Check driver options and destination requirements by line. Certification for one family does not automatically extend to a modified or differently branded fitting elsewhere in the range.

Separate versions may be needed. Input ranges, controls, documentation, and labels can differ between electrical markets. Identify the intended destination for each version, and use stock descriptions that show which electrical configuration belongs to the goods supplied.
