Commercial tube selection

Build a tube range around real lighting needs

LED fluorescent lights use an LED source to provide linear lighting. Choose the lamp family and installation method, then check whether the light suits the room.
VST lists G5 T5 lamps and larger T8 models, with actual dimensions and clear or frost cover choices. Your LED lighting supplier can help choose lamps for the room. New fixtures need a suitable lamp and electrical connection; retained fixtures also need their existing circuits checked. The options listed for a range may not apply to every model.
✓

Reduce unnecessary variants

Keep the lengths and light appearance your regular installations need. A smaller model range is easier to identify and explain, as well as pack and replenish.

✓

Separate lamp families

Distinguish T5 lamps from T8 lamps in the range. Check diameter, cap, and actual length when fixtures share a nominal size but need different tubes.

✓

Treat controls as a system

Check the lamp with its power equipment and control interface. A dimming option listed for a family may apply only to certain electrical designs.

Program support

Turn catalog options into a usable supply program

Record the lamp details clearly and keep technical communication specific when planning an LED fluorescent lights range.
✓

A defined model set

VST can help organize your inquiry around the few lamps your regular applications need, so it is easier to choose and identify each model.

✓

Color evaluation

We can measure output, CCT, and CRI for the selected sample and discuss those results with you.

✓

Change visibility

As an LED lighting manufacturer, VST can discuss how a cover, cap, or electrical change affects the lamp before you include it in repeat orders.

✓

Export coordination

Lamp dimensions and cartons affect freight volume and handling. Discuss the packaging at quotation stage so those requirements can be considered in the order.

Lamp family choice

Define the LED fluorescent lights configuration

Choose the tube format and its electrical connection separately.
Compare LED fluorescent tube lights by body, cap, actual dimensions, light direction, and electrical design. A T5 or T8 name does not establish ballast compatibility, protection, or dimming. VST can help with these choices as an LED tube supplier. A replaceable lamp and an integrated fixture need different service arrangements, even if they look similar when lit. Decide how the installation will be serviced, then check the selected model against the fixture.

Published models

Choose the format that solves the lighting task

The LED fluorescent lights range includes compact lamps, common commercial sizes, and longer tubes for extended linear runs.

Range identification

Control the range details

Keep a few essential lamp details clear when specifying your LED fluorescent lights range.

Configuration identity

Identify the base and electrical connection in the model record. Tubes that fit the same holder may still need different circuits and cannot be substituted automatically.

Optical comparison

Compare measured lamp output with the task and fixture. Published efficacy helps compare lamps, while the layout determines the lighting you get from the installation.

Length-based cartons

Long and short lamps need different carton arrangements. Check end supports and pack quantity when planning storage and freight for the selected tubes.

Private-label detail

VST can discuss model information, barcodes, and labels as an LED tube vendor. Keep the lamp’s technical identity clear in the artwork so it can be serviced safely.

Source and structure

How the tube assembly shapes the light

The parts of an LED fluorescent lights assembly affect how it fits and how the light looks.

Light source

LED emitter

The emitter produces the light and influences CCT and color rendition. Try the selected lamp on the materials it will illuminate in regular use. Changing the source package may change the light, even if the housing stays the same. An emitter photograph cannot establish its brand, efficacy, or operating life. Use the available lamp measurements to judge the particular lamp you intend to order.

Optical cover

Diffuser cover

The PC cover changes the visible appearance of the LED source. VST lists clear and frost versions. Look at an exposed lamp from normal viewing positions; if the fixture has a reflector, check how the cover works with it. Choose the cover and CCT separately, because changing either can affect how the lamp looks. Keep both choices clear when describing the product range.

Structural detail

Aluminum housing

VST’s published tube assemblies use aluminum with PC. The metal supports the lamp and provides part of its designed heat path. Its shape affects how the tube sits in the fixture and which side emits light. Check clearance and operating conditions where it will be installed. An aluminum body alone does not establish a temperature rating or suitability for every enclosure.

The customer video gives a perspective on working with VST. Agree how you will communicate color choices, model changes, and order questions, keeping the selected lamp details clear as the range develops.

Commercial lighting tasks

Select tubes by room and operating task

Select LED fluorescent lights for the task in each room; different rooms may need different lamps.

Office work areas

Office lamps need to light printed material and support comfortable screen work. Check fixture positions, reflected glare, and the color appearance across adjacent rows before choosing the range. VST can compare covers and CCT choices with you and provide model-specific optical data to help assess the lighting in the room.

Retail display areas

Retail displays need light that lets people examine merchandise without washing out its colors. Identify shelf positions, viewing distances, and the required color rendition before choosing fluorescent LED tubes. The VST team can discuss a trial lamp with output and a cover suited to the display you want to illuminate.

Dry production benches

Production-bench lighting should illuminate the work and remain accessible for servicing. Check the process task, ambient conditions, and fixture position above the equipment. Our engineering discussion can address lamp length and optical choices; try the sample at the workstation to see how it performs in the intended position.

Storage aisles

Storage aisles need readable shelf contents and clear routes. Check the aisle geometry, mounting height, and access for relamping before standardizing a long tube. VST can discuss published models and photometric data, together with protective packing, so the same selected lamps can be used for installation and subsequent replenishment.

Training rooms

Training rooms need light on desks and boards, with occasional screen use. Check switching and viewing positions when choosing the lamp cover and color appearance. Our support can address the suitable T5 or T8 model and a room sample, so nominal length is only one part of the selection.

As a custom LED lighting manufacturer, VST can assess the complete lamp after a proposed change to its source, driver, cap or cover. Discuss CCT, wiring, labels and packaging with us. A catalog option does not establish compatibility with every fixture.
Production needs consistent source assembly, housing closure, electrical checks, visual inspection, and carton identification. Use the selected lamp details for these checks. Assess component or drawing changes against lamp and application requirements before releasing a replacement design.
Check the ordered electrical design before installing lamps. Inspect the circuit in retained fixtures and check holders and wiring instructions in new ones. Qualified personnel should isolate the circuit and complete the applicable checks. T5 and T8 names do not specify wiring.

Program conditions

Commercial details for a tube supply program

Agree order conditions before expanding the selected lamp range.
01

Yes. Send applications and quantities for the models you need. Published T5/T8 records show a 120-piece model MOQ. Mixing lengths or developing a new lamp can affect the order arrangement.
02

Yes. A sample lets you check color, appearance, and fit before choosing the range. Agree the sample charge and any later bulk-order credit first. The charge is not automatically refunded or waived.
03

VST supports custom product labels and cartons. Agree the lamp identification, artwork, and barcodes before production. Substantial physical changes may require tooling; agree its charge and any later credit for that order.
04

Typical regular production takes 2 to 3 weeks. Light changes commonly take 3 to 4 weeks, and extensive customization may need 4 to 6 weeks. Quantities, materials, and scheduling affect production. Freight time is additional.
05

Five-year coverage depends on the models and order terms. Regular products have 3- or 5-year options. Agree the term for each model rather than automatically applying the longest available warranty.
06

Send the model, order reference, issue description, and photos or video. For confirmed VST product faults, replacement support can be arranged separately or with a later shipment. Unrelated fixture damage is not automatically accepted through that process.

Tube range decisions

Decisions when standardizing a tube range

Before choosing LED fluorescent lights for repeat orders, settle the lamp differences that affect installation and later service. The answers below address choices that remain after comparing the model tables.

Yes. Start with the room use, mounting positions, and preferred fixture type. A photograph or simple layout is enough to begin. VST can identify the first lamp-selection questions and explain which fixture details or measurements you will need next.

Replaceable lampService depends on a compatible replacement lamp and holder.
Integrated fittingSource and fitting are selected together; replacement scope differs.
Decide how you will service the installation early. A tube and an integrated fixture may look similar when lit but need different replacement parts.

Keep cover choices identifiable when appearance matters. A later batch of LED fluorescent light tubes may fit the fixtures yet look different across an exposed row. Record the cover on the order rather than relying on the family name alone.

No. Check the lamp’s electrical design, control interface, and connected equipment. Several options in a family listing do not prove that they work together. Request details of the chosen lamp and try its intended control behavior on a suitable sample.

Lamp efficacy describes the lamp, not the complete fixture. Reflectors and covers change delivered light, and a ballast or separate supply may add power consumption. Compare the relevant lamp data, then assess the installed system before claiming an energy-saving percentage.

MechanicalBody dimension and base.
ElectricalInput and supply arrangement.
OpticalCCT and cover choice.
Order identityConfiguration or model reference.
Keep these details on the ordering information. You can then distinguish similar-looking LED fluorescent lights without relying only on nominal length.

No. The documentation must cover the model and electrical design for the destination. An unchanged housing may contain a different driver or source. Check the document’s coverage; a family photograph or another model’s certificate cannot establish approval for the chosen lamp.
