Angled profile supply

Corner LED channel for clean light from inside junctions

A corner LED channel places the strip at a cabinet or display junction and aims light toward the work surface.
  • Six published SC sections cover compact through wider strip spaces.
  • Check the actual mounting corner before choosing a profile.
  • Diffuser and cable-exit choices shape the finished appearance.
  • VST can compare your section drawing with a physical sample.

Product overview

Choose the corner before choosing the channel

A corner LED channel directs light across a worktop or display while keeping the strip inside the junction.
The aluminum section sits across two meeting surfaces and supports a diagonal diffuser. Its outside legs determine whether it clears cabinet hardware; its strip platform determines which LED tape can fit. A shallow compact profile works differently from a wider architectural one even when both look triangular in a catalogue. Check your actual corner angle, fastening access, cable path and viewing distance.
✓

Outside clearance

Measure both surfaces at the corner, including hinges and shelves that may block the diffuser or its removal path.

✓

Strip platform

Use the published compatible strip width for a first shortlist, then check connector clearance and adhesive seating on the actual sample.

✓

Visible line

The diffuser profile changes how the lit corner looks from normal viewing distance; compare a short powered assembly before locking a finish.

Supply support

A corner profile that fits the whole assembly

VST can use your junction drawing to select a channel, diffuser and fixing detail. As a corner LED channel supplier, VST can specify strip fit and cover access before cabinet production begins.
✓

Section matching

VST can compare your available corner space with published SC dimensions and identify profiles worth sampling. This narrows the risk of a diffuser hitting adjacent joinery.

✓

Accessory coordination

End caps, clips and cable exits can be discussed alongside the profile. Their position matters when cabinet assembly leaves little room to work.

✓

Controlled samples

A short section with the intended strip and cover lets you see fit, visibility and fastening in the real host structure before repeat cutting.

✓

Finish continuity

For a repeated retail or furniture line, record the selected color and cover finish against the approved sample so later lots are easier to compare.

Profile geometry

What makes a corner LED channel different?

The triangular body uses two adjacent mounting planes to point the luminous opening away from the junction.
Start with the outside leg dimensions, then check the room behind the diffuser, the strip platform, the fixing direction and the cover removal path. SC1212 is compact, while SC3030C allows much broader strip space; SC2016 has an asymmetric 20 × 16 mm outline. A led strip light corner channel can be useful in a 90-degree join, but the finished beam direction depends on exactly where the profile is attached and how its diffuser faces the task.

Published SC models

Select by available space and strip width

For repeat cabinet programs, VST is a corner LED channel wholesale supplier able to keep the chosen model and cover in one cut list. Each card links to its published product page.

Selection checkpoints

Details that decide the installed result

A corner LED channel manufacturer supplies the extrusion. Check strip clearance, cover removal and the cable exit against the host structure.

Angled aluminum body

The triangular section positions the LED strip diagonally from the host corner and provides a mounting surface for the selected tape.

Removable light cover

Compare the supplied diffuser shape and removal direction against nearby shelves, glass and trim before approving an assembly.

Actual strip clearance

Published strip width is a useful start; connectors, solder joints and cable bends can need more room than the bare tape.

Cut length control

Cut lengths and end details can be aligned with repeated cabinet modules so the profile does not end awkwardly at a joint.

Physical construction

Three parts of the corner assembly

Each part has a different consequence for fit, appearance or installation.

Structure

Aluminum extrusion

The aluminum body is the reference for outer clearance and the strip mounting plane. In a cabinet, its legs must contact the intended faces without rocking on an uneven corner. A broader body can make room for a wider tape, but it also occupies more visual space. Compare the section drawing and the actual host corner before fixing the cut list; the channel is only useful if its mounting and cover remain accessible after the surrounding joinery is installed.

Optical cover

Diffuser

The diffuser turns a bare LED tape into a finished visible line. Its curvature, opacity and seating change what you see when you stand near a shelf or worktop. The SC series includes different cover shapes, so the profile code alone does not describe the appearance. A corner LED channel factory sample should use the intended tape and cover together; check dot visibility and whether the cover can be removed without dismantling the cabinet.

Mounting interface

Fixing channel

A screw or clip location can be difficult to reach after the profile enters a tight corner. The profile section and installation drawing show where the fixing path sits, but the host material determines the final fastener method. Leave a credible route for tools and for the cable exit. VST can discuss these details against your drawing, then prepare a short section for an assembly trial before lengths are cut for the full furniture run.

Application fit

Where an angled channel earns its space

A corner LED channel has different mounting constraints in each of these settings. These uses involve different mounting restrictions even though the profiles may look similar in product photos.

Cabinet worktops

Under an upper cabinet, the channel can aim light across the counter from the back or side junction. Check how the diffuser faces the work area and whether polished surfaces create glare. VST can compare a compact SC section with your cabinet depth and prepare a sample with the intended cover.

Wardrobe interiors

A fitted wardrobe often has a tight top corner beside rails and doors. Measure door movement and the clearance needed to remove the diffuser after installation. VST can shortlist a smaller profile and discuss a lead exit that stays hidden behind the panel. Check the finished door position during sampling.

Glass showcases

A display case needs a controlled line that lights merchandise without dominating reflections in the glass. Check viewing angles, shelf material and where the profile can be fastened safely. VST can provide a section and cover sample so you can assess the assembled appearance inside the case.

Retail display shelves

A run of shelves benefits from a repeatable corner detail rather than exposed tape. Confirm shelf spacing, cut lengths and whether goods might strike the diffuser during restocking. VST can align the profile code, finish and accessory list with the approved fixture drawing for later shopfitting batches.

Wall edge accents

At a wall-to-ceiling junction, the small channel can send light down a feature surface. The fixing path, ceiling tolerance and desired light direction deserve attention before cutting lengths. VST can compare asymmetric and equal-sided SC profiles and support an on-site mockup of the edge detail.

Start with the junction

Find the SC corner section that fits your build

Send the junction, available space, strip width and a sketch if available. VST can shortlist an SC section, cover and accessory set. For furniture production, VST is a corner LED channel OEM supplier that can keep the approved cut list.

Technical details

Published sections and assembly choices

The Datasheet tab lists published SC models. Other tabs explain the options that affect assembly and installation.

SC1616A W 16 × H 16mm; Up to 10mm strip
SC1919D W 19 × H 19mm; Up to 11mm strip
SC1919J W 19 × H 19mm; Up to 12mm strip
SC2016 W 20 × H 16mm; Up to 12mm strip
SC3030C W 30*H 30mm; Up to 20mm strip
VST can discuss cut length, finish color, diffuser appearance, end-cap detail and cable exit for your corner assembly. Changes beyond a standard section may require tooling and a separate approval sample.
An aluminum profile program depends on consistent extrusion geometry, finishing, cutting and accessory matching. VST can coordinate the selected section and finish with your order specification and inspect representative pieces for appearance and fit.
Check the corner angle, substrate and fixing access before marking lengths. Seat the aluminum body securely, route low-voltage wiring through a planned exit, and fit the specified LED strip without forcing connectors into the channel.

Ordering and supply questions

These points help you plan the commercial side once the section is shortlisted.
01

Aluminum profile inquiries commonly begin around 300 meters as a general planning quantity. Actual minimums depend on the section, finish, cut lengths and accessories. A standard stocked configuration may have a different feasible quantity, so VST will quote the chosen assembly rather than apply one blanket minimum.
02

Yes. Samples are available for checking the profile against your cabinet or display corner. Charges may apply, and a sample fee can be credited against a later bulk order if agreed in the quotation.
03

VST supports color, private labeling and customized export packaging where the order scope permits. A new finish or substantial tooling change may add cost and affect the feasible quantity. Specify the desired appearance and packing unit so both can be checked before production.
04

Samples can be paid by PayPal, Western Union or bank transfer in advance. For bulk supply, the usual bank-transfer split is a 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. If a VST-supplied item has a quality issue, send a short description with photos or video so replacement arrangements can be discussed.

Product questions

Check the corner detail before ordering

A corner LED channel must fit the host as well as the strip. These questions focus on the decisions that remain after the model shortlist: substitutions, service access, visible dots and the relationship between section geometry and mounting location.

No. SC1919D and SC1919J both use a nominal 19 × 19 mm outside section, but their internal platforms and diffuser outlines differ. Compare the section drawing, strip width and cover profile before substituting one. The safest check is a short assembly in the actual cabinet corner, especially when existing grooves or fixed end caps leave little tolerance.

Start with the space available after hinges, shelf edges and wiring are accounted for.
Situation First section to compare
Very small junction SC1212
More cover depth SC1616A
Wider strip platform SC1919J
These are shortlist routes, not an automatic fit guarantee. Test the chosen tape and cover in the host structure.

Plan the cable exit at an end cap or a purpose-made opening where it will not be pinched by the cover. Its route must clear screws, hinges and adjoining panels. The selected LED strip voltage and driver location determine the rest of the wiring plan; the aluminum extrusion itself does not establish electrical compatibility.

It can only sit reliably when its fixing faces have suitable support. Gaps can twist the section, spoil the light line or loosen the cover. Check the substrate and straightness before drilling, then trial a short section. Where the host has large tolerances, adjust the joinery or mounting detail rather than forcing the metal body into place.

The pictured SC sections are indoor profile options unless a specific complete assembly is specified for the exposure. A cover on an aluminum channel does not by itself establish an ingress rating. Outdoor use needs an appropriate protected strip, sealed terminations, mounting method and verified environmental scope; ask VST for a separately defined configuration.
