60 Watt LED Corn Bulb for Comfortable Retail Lighting

Choose your 60 watt LED corn bulb by testing a sample in the fixture and display area where it will be used.
  • The published output range is 7,200–8,100 lm.
  • Select E26/E27/E39/E40 to match the existing holder.
  • Compare CCT options with neighboring lights and the merchandise.
  • VST can discuss the sample and fixture arrangement before you replace lamps throughout the premises.

Evaluate the room appearance

See how the lamp lights the room

A 60 watt LED corn bulb changes the room's appearance as well as its electrical load. Look at merchandise, faces and normal sightlines when judging the light from your retained fixture.
A pendant that leaves the source in view can become more uncomfortable as output increases. Test the 60 watt LED corn light bulb through its reflector or cover, with adjacent lights operating normally. Assess it over a representative display instead of judging a bare lamp on a desk.
✓

Compare alongside existing lighting

Operate the sample beside the lights that will stay. Differences between their color temperatures may be more noticeable together than either source viewed separately.

✓

Look from normal eye level

Check from relevant seated and standing positions. The fitting may be comfortable directly below yet cause glare when viewed across the room.

✓

Check representative merchandise

Use the actual merchandise colors and finishes. A plain white surface tells you little about the appearance of fabrics, packaging or decorative items.

Display assessment

Choose the color and fixture combination

VST is a 60 watt LED corn bulb manufacturer that can help assess your room and fitting requirements, then arrange a configuration sample before the order.
✓

Compare color options in the room

Discuss sample CCT choices with VST, then compare them against the lighting you plan to retain in the room.

✓

Calculate light on the required surfaces

Send room dimensions and fixture positions. VST can use them in lighting calculations to assess the target surfaces and check coverage.

✓

Identify each packed configuration

Private labels and packing can identify base and CCT choices where a retail order serves different rooms or fixture types.

✓

Focused communication

Explain the appearance you want across the sales area. VST's sales and technical teams can help identify what the sample trial needs to assess.

Product definition

A 60 watt LED corn bulb uses 60W of input power

This is a higher-output corn lamp, not a small household lamp marketed as a 60W incandescent equivalent.
The VST-CL-60W has LEDs around its body for broad emission in suitable commercial fittings. Either replacement reference, 175W MH or 150W HPS, requires an assessment of installed light levels. A 60 watt LED corn bulb needs enough fixture space for the source and its heat. The number 60 alone does not make it suitable for a domestic shade or small enclosed ceiling fitting. Assess the commercial lighting task and complete fixture, then judge output and appearance in that setting.

Configuration details

Measurements and identification for the selected lamp

At the VST 60 watt LED corn bulb factory, sample measurements and order identification can be tied to the configuration you choose.

Check the fitting opening

Use the lamp dimensions to check fixture openings before sampling. Allow enough room to insert and remove it for future service.

Color data

CCT and CRI measurements can document the sample's optical properties. The published CRI ≥80 remains a general specification, separate from specialist color-matching requirements.

Your configuration reference

Your private label can identify a room or product reference, distinguishing lamps with the same power but different light appearance when ordering again.

Protective packing

Protective inner packing helps hold the lamp during transport. Discuss carton identification with VST so each store's allocation is recognizable during receipt and distribution.

Visible lamp components

Inspect the lamp's visible components

Inspect these parts while assessing the 60 watt LED corn bulb in your commercial fitting.

LED emitters

Check color rendering under the LED source

LED packages on several faces provide light around the lamp. VST specifies Epistar LEDs and CRI ≥80 for this model, which is a starting point for general retail lighting. Sensitive color comparisons may need further data or a different specification. Look at the actual merchandise under the sample: sources with the same CCT can render colors differently, so a matching color temperature does not settle that decision.

LED circuit boards

Avoid pressure on the boards and LEDs

Circuit boards hold the LEDs in rows around the body. Their position establishes the physical source arrangement, and secure mounting keeps the assembly stable. When fitting the lamp, avoid pressing on the packages to force it through a narrow opening. Use the sample to check handling and service access before a larger order. Board material, insulation and hidden connections need separate technical evidence that exterior inspection cannot provide.

Screw base

Match the base and leave service space

The screw base connects the lamp to its holder and positions it inside the shade or reflector. Specify the required E26, E27, E39 or E40 option. Have an electrician check the holder's condition and support, and leave room to insert and remove the lamp. Forcing it past a close cover risks damage to both the fitting and the lamp, even if the selected base matches.

VST company introduction

The VST introduction gives you company background before the retail sample discussion. Describe the room and desired light appearance, then ask about the configuration and support that would help you assess the proposed lamp in the fixture.

Feedback on working with VST

Hear a customer perspective on the service around an order. For your retail program, consider the clarity of communication about color choices, samples and packing while judging the lighting results at your own premises.

Application assessment

Check the lighting task in each room

Consider the 60 watt LED corn bulb for dry indoor spaces where the fixture can accommodate the source and light the required task.

Retail sales floors

On a retail sales floor, merchandise needs to look consistent as people view it from different angles. Compare CCT with neighboring lights and check source visibility from normal positions. VST can arrange a sample for the intended fitting so you can judge merchandise appearance and comfort in a representative display area.

Stockroom picking aisles

Stockroom picking needs readable labels and safe routes between shelves, often with few fixture positions available. Check rack spacing, obstructions and light at the lowest picking levels before selecting the replacement. Discuss the room layout and base with VST so the trial represents stocked shelves and the normal work around them.

Service workshops

Service workshops need light around equipment, with directed task lamps for close repair work. Identify working height, expected shadows and the color judgments needed for the materials handled. VST can discuss a suitable CCT and general-lighting sample, while any specialist inspection needs remain separate from the standard room-lighting specification.

Light assembly stations

Assembly stations need clear views of parts and tools on the bench, plus light for circulation. Check task height, shadows and the color differences staff need to distinguish before choosing general lighting. VST can discuss a trial for the room while you separately specify any close-inspection lighting required at individual work positions.

Indoor staging zones

Indoor staging areas need visible floor markings and package edges as stock moves between storage and collection. Check fixture spacing, changing stack positions and daylight before planning replacement. VST can discuss the base and CCT for a trial under normal staging conditions, with goods present where they would usually be handled.

Discuss your project

Arrange a trial in a representative retail fixture

Describe your fixture, room and desired light appearance. As a 60 watt LED corn bulb supplier, VST can discuss a base and color configuration for the initial evaluation.

The published MOQ is 100 units, and samples can be discussed before a larger commitment. VST, a 60 watt LED corn bulb OEM supplier, can address labels, packing and development requirements with you. Agree the scope, since special changes may affect the order conditions.
02

Yes. Choose the base and light appearance to test in your fixture when arranging samples. A sample charge may be credited against a subsequent bulk purchase by agreement. Confirm that condition in advance; free samples and automatic refunds are not promised.
03

A regular configuration typically needs 2–3 weeks of production. Plan on generally 3–4 weeks where light customization is needed; extensive work usually requires 4–6 weeks. Confirm the order schedule and add transport time before choosing an arrival date.
04

Yes. VST can supply private labels and custom packaging. Send artwork and configuration references so the identification is consistent. Extensive customization may need tooling, with any charge agreed in the commercial terms rather than assumed included.
05

Bulk payments normally use bank transfer. Pay the 30% deposit first and the remaining 70% before shipment. For samples, settle the full amount upfront through PayPal, bank transfer or Western Union. Confirm the terms with the product specification.
06

Use the warranty agreed for the quoted model. Regular products generally have 3 or 5 years of coverage available. Confirm the applicable term before expanding the store trial into a wider purchase.

Product questions

Color, glare and control questions

Check color-sensitive goods, glare and control requirements before approving a 60 watt LED corn bulb for the whole room. These details deserve attention during the sample trial, particularly where visitors will have a direct view of the fitting.

No single general CRI value answers every display requirement.
Display task Evaluation priority
General packaged goods Appearance under the proposed sample
Textiles or finish matching More specific color requirements
Mixed existing sources Consistency across adjacent areas
State specialist requirements before selecting the standard model.

Not necessarily. Glare depends on source visibility, contrast and shielding as well as output, so a brighter exposed lamp can worsen discomfort. Check sightlines in the room. If the retained fitting cannot give a comfortable result, consider a different optical arrangement.

Provide the device details first. The published lamp is non-dimmable, so it is not automatically compatible with a dimmer. A sensor that switches the supply also needs to suit the load and operating duty. Check the complete lamp-and-control arrangement, not just a generic lighting label on the control.

Request compliance documents for the exact model and your destination's requirements. CE and RoHS are listed, but other project approvals may still be needed. Check the product identification and scope on the documents; a general logo or product-family claim is not sufficient evidence for every model.
