30W LED track light selection for repeat retail layouts

Use the store plan to choose the lighting and record the details for later locations.
  • Fixed-optic and zoomable models
  • Published outputs of 3400 lm and 3000 lm respectively
  • Optical selection based on your project
  • Recorded specifications for repeat orders

Store layout first

A specification you can carry to the next location

A 30W LED track light program can use different optics for different displays. Keep the same specification where the lighting task is unchanged, and record the reason for any variation.
Separate permanent displays from seasonal zones and feature objects before choosing optics. As your 30W LED track light supplier, VST can identify the model, beam, color and control options for each area. Specify the complete 30 watt LED track light on the order and allocate quantities by location. Grouping heads only by power can hide differences that matter during installation.
✓

Retain the selected build

Record the model and agreed options after the sample evaluation. This gives later store orders a clear starting specification without relying on photographs alone.

✓

Differentiate seasonal zones

Reserve adjustable coverage for displays that change in width or position. Permanent merchandise layouts may suit the fixed-optic head more directly.

✓

Count by configuration

Keep quantities separate when color, beam or control differs. A location schedule makes it easier to check the order against the intended installation.

Project continuity

Engineering support across a store program

VST can base technical support on the agreed store specification. As a 30W LED track light manufacturer, we can discuss how proposed product changes would affect production.
✓

Layout calculations

For a supplied store plan, VST can support lighting simulation using suitable photometric data. Define the target areas so calculations address the display task.

✓

Changes with a clear scope

When a new location differs from the first, describe the changed ceiling or merchandise. VST can assess the affected configuration without reopening unrelated decisions.

✓

Inspection against the order

The selected finish and operating characteristics can be included in the inspection requirements, giving the production checks a specific basis beyond appearance.

✓

Shipment coordination

If store quantities are released in stages, discuss the intended batches and destinations. VST can coordinate packing information around the agreed shipment plan.

Fixed or changing displays

How a 30W LED track light shapes the display

A 30W rating does not prescribe one brightness pattern. The selected optic controls the distribution, while aiming and mounting position determine which surfaces receive the light.
The SR05 offers fixed optics for displays that stay in place. The SR09 lets you adjust beam width as seasonal merchandise changes. Their published flux values differ, so check the optical result before replacing one with the other. Narrowing the zoom concentrates coverage without increasing total fixture output. Decide which areas need adjustment, then use photometric data for the selected version to evaluate spacing.

30W model choices

Fixed or zoom optics for your store

Select a 30W LED track light by the way each display will be managed.

Order details

Specify what people will see and handle

Record the finish and operating environment with each selected model.

Coverage choices

Choose fixed angles for a settled display or continuous zoom where coverage needs to change. Match the choice to how that display is managed.

Finish coordination

White or black housings can coordinate with the ceiling and rail. Evaluate the visible finish under the store's surrounding light.

Dry interior use

The listed IP20 rating suits appropriate indoor areas. Separate these heads from entrances or cleaning zones where water exposure is possible.

Carton identification

VST provides agreed labels as a 30W LED track light OEM supplier, helping each packed configuration reach its intended project area.

Emitter

COB source for merchandise color

The COB source feeds light into the optical assembly, and its color rendering affects the appearance of merchandise. Compare actual fabrics or finish samples under the proposed light where subtle differences matter. Each head has the CRI option you select from the published choices. Keep that color specification with the sample record so everyone handling later store orders knows which version was evaluated and selected.

Adjustable optic

SR09 zoom lens

The zoom lens changes the beam spread within its listed range. That can reduce the need to change the head when a feature table becomes wider or the display moves. Test adjustment with the fixture in its intended mounting position and assess the full display area, including its edges. A narrower setting can leave surrounding objects darker, so the operating team needs a practical aiming reference for each seasonal layout.

Electrical interface

SR05 adapter

The fixed-optic model lists a three-phase, four-wire track interface. The adapter's mechanical lock and contacts must correspond to the actual rail, and circuit selection should follow the installation instructions. Existing store tracks can differ even when their external profiles look alike. Identify the rail system before allocating replacement heads across branches. An adapter sample can resolve physical fit separately from the optical sample used for merchandise evaluation.

VST in video

The working relationship behind a rollout

Two perspectives on the organization supporting your project.

VST company introduction

The company video introduces VST before you begin a store program. Use it to prepare questions about technical communication and production updates across locations, particularly when several people are involved in approving the order.

A customer perspective on cooperation

Watch a customer's account of working with VST. For your rollout, use the discussion to agree who handles communication between the first sample and later store orders, and how project responsibilities will be assigned.

Applications

Store and presentation zones

Choose the lighting task for each zone before assigning a head.

Fashion stores

Fashion stores use accent lighting to separate featured garments from the surrounding floor. Check the rack height, fabric colors and the change frequency of the display before choosing fixed or zoom optics. VST can help establish a sample configuration for one representative bay and extend its specification to comparable locations.

Supermarket endcaps

A supermarket endcap needs attention from the aisle approach without sending the beam into approaching sight lines. Establish the endcap width, product height and nearby general lighting level. VST can examine the proposed aiming direction and available optical data to help select a head for the promotional display.

Furniture vignettes

Furniture vignettes combine large surfaces with smaller decorative accents in one staged setting. Identify the dominant object, its distance from the track and reflective materials such as polished tabletops. VST can support beam selection and a lighting calculation that distinguishes the main furniture group from the surrounding circulation space.

Exhibition stands

Exhibition stands need a lighting arrangement that can be assembled consistently at each event. Check the venue supply, the supported rail structure and how the display panels are positioned. VST can supply the selected head configuration and discuss packing that keeps the fixtures identifiable during repeated transport and installation.

Shop windows

Shop windows must present merchandise through glass while surrounding daylight or street lighting changes. Evaluate the viewing angle, reflections and the head's clearance from the glazing. VST can help compare optical choices and identify the control configuration needed for your intended operating schedule and a representative window trial.

Prepare a store schedule

Request a 30W project configuration

Share one representative store layout, the quantities and the areas that change seasonally. VST can help divide the order between fixed and zoom models and quote the required versions.

As your 30W LED track light OEM supplier, VST can discuss private labels and packing by location. Changes beyond the published product options need engineering assessment. Record the custom requirements separately so later orders retain the agreed details.
Production follows the agreed component and assembly specification. VST checks incoming materials through to finished products before shipment. For repeat store orders, identify the appearance and operating checks that must stay consistent between the first batch and subsequent releases.
A qualified electrician should verify the rail system and circuit arrangement with the supply isolated. Fit and lock each adapter according to its instructions. After power is restored, check the selected circuits and aim the heads using the agreed store layout.

Planning a store order

Clarify how the configuration will enter the order and release schedule.
01

The published MOQ is 100 pieces for each of VST-TL-30W-SR05 and VST-TL-30W-SR09. List quantities by model and version. Different optics or custom requirements cannot be assumed to count toward a single minimum.
02

A sample can be arranged before the rollout. As a 30W LED track light supplier, VST will identify the build and sample charge in its quotation. Any credit against the later bulk order must be agreed, including which order qualifies.
03

Both model listings give 7 days for samples and 15 to 25 days for bulk orders. Use the quoted schedule for the actual release. Light or extensive customization needs its own production assessment, and freight time should be added separately to the site plan.
04

Discuss the delivery sequence and destinations before ordering. VST can coordinate shipments to an agreed plan, including quantity changes and split deliveries. A general inquiry does not reserve stock or establish an arrival date.
05

For bulk supply, a 30% deposit is paid by bank transfer and 70% follows before shipment. A sample order is fully prepaid using PayPal, Western Union or a bank transfer. Keep the payment schedule tied to the actual order and shipment release.
06

The published model warranty is at least 3 years. Provide the affected model, a short fault description and photos or video. VST can discuss replacement support as a separate dispatch or with the next shipment, according to the case and agreed warranty conditions.

Rollout questions

Resolve the remaining 30W LED track light choices

Keep the original specification when adapting a store program to new locations. The questions below cover mixed optics, replacements and the changes that need a fresh check even when fixture power stays the same.

Recalculate when the geometry or task changes materially.
Change Reason to revisit
Higher mounting position Illuminance and coverage change
Darker display finishes Reflected brightness changes
Different optic Beam distribution changes
Equivalent floor area alone does not establish equivalent lighting.

Yes, a project can specify both, provided each head's rail and electrical requirements are satisfied. Allocate the models to distinct tasks and retain their own output and optical information. The 30W LED track light schedule should identify which areas use each build so a later replacement is selected correctly.

No. Glare depends on the complete installation, including luminaire position, viewing direction and room surfaces. Use the published product information as an input to a layout assessment. A store-specific calculation or mock-up is needed when the project requires a defined glare outcome.

Use the driver option specified for the dimmed zone. Matching wattage or appearance does not make a non-dimmable head compatible. State the control method on the order and test the proposed head with the intended controller before using it throughout the store.
