Industrial compounds

Plan each task within the 300W flood light layout

Storage stacks, vehicle routes and open work areas need different lighting. Define those tasks first so the site specification is easier to assess and maintain.
A 300W LED flood light is an option for larger exterior areas, with optics that can be chosen for each task. Map the activities and obstructions in every zone, then identify positions that can support the fixtures. VST can discuss using one product platform with different optics and controls where needed. You can keep the supply schedule consistent while adapting the lighting design to the way each part of the compound operates.
✓

Zone boundaries

Mark where vehicle routes meet storage and work areas. These boundaries help you choose an optic for each task instead of using one distribution across the site.

✓

Future obstructions

Include planned stock heights and likely equipment locations. A layout assessed only against an empty yard may not describe later operating conditions.

✓

Phased quantities

Separate confirmed positions from future additions in the schedule. This keeps the first order tied to an achievable installation stage rather than an uncertain total.

Project continuity

Keep the specification clear through every project phase

As a 300W LED flood light manufacturer, VST can record the fixture version required for each project zone.
✓

Discipline-specific support

Electrical, structural, lighting and testing engineers handle different product questions. The team can address a mounting problem separately from an optic or control-interface question.

✓

Simulation capability

VST uses DIALux to support lighting design. Define the tasks and fixture positions first so you can compare the proposed layout with the site's requirements.

✓

Configuration traceability

List the optic, driver interface, finish and light color for each zone. Use that record for sample discussions and later production releases so the agreed choices remain clear.

✓

Production visibility

VST can provide production photographs and order updates. Request the information relevant to the agreed stages instead of treating a general factory image as product test evidence.

Planning distinction

Match the output to the industrial layout

A 300W LED flood light has a defined electrical power rating. Where its light reaches determines how useful it is in the compound.
More lumens can help light a demanding area, but obstructions and uneven coverage still need attention. Beam choice, position and aiming all affect the result. Divide the site into tasks, set the design objectives and compare the available optics using the relevant photometric data. One nearby open zone may suit a broad beam; another position may need more directional coverage. A replacement-wattage claim or a photo of an illuminated area cannot tell you how the proposed arrangement will perform at your site.

Supported builds

300 Watt Flood Light Options by Zone

Your 300W LED flood light supplier can identify the lens-equipped and glass-cover units separately in the product schedule.

Fixture essentials

Construction choices within the site plan

Use these product and packing details in the site plan; they do not establish approval for the complete infrastructure installation.

Multiple optical routes

The FL20-300W offers a PC lens family and a glass-cover option. A zone schedule can assign the selected construction explicitly.

Exposed thermal fins

The rear fins expose the cooling surface to air. Keep them clear of dense storage and avoid enclosing the back within the mounting structure.

Enclosure protection

IP65 and IK08 are listed for this product. Neither rating establishes suitability for a hazardous process area or a corrosive chemical environment.

Zone-coded packing

A 300W LED flood light OEM supplier can help preserve zone identification through dispatch. VST supports custom labels and packaging for agreed project splits.

Physical architecture

Three components with different project consequences

Use the visible construction details to help interpret the product specification.

Primary light source

SMD3030 emitter array

The SMD3030 emitters produce the light that passes through the optics. Choose the light color for the task and surrounding installations, especially where adjacent project phases will be visible together. The package family alone does not guarantee a color match between unspecified builds. Record the chosen CCT and rendering option, and compare complete fixtures when assessing whether the selected versions will look consistent.

Environmental interface

Aluminum heat-dissipating body

The aluminum body houses the assembly and carries heat toward the surrounding air. Industrial dust, a nearby hot process or poor airflow can change the conditions around it. Check those conditions against the product's published operating range. Before mounting above storage or close to a structure, make sure the rear has sufficient clearance and can be reached for cleaning throughout the installation's use.

Aiming support

Load-transferring yoke

The yoke holds the fixture at the selected angle and transfers its load to the support. Give the structural team the mechanical details for each project zone; different positions may need different anchors. Check access for adjustment and the cable path at the chosen tilt. Housing dimensions help establish clearance, but the support and wind loads still require their own assessment.

Company context for a phased project

The company introduction gives background on VST for a phased supply relationship. Your fixture schedule and supporting product records hold the technical details for each release. General factory footage cannot demonstrate compliance of the lighting installed at your industrial site.

A customer's view of cooperation

This video offers a customer's perspective on cooperation with VST. Your own technical requirements, delivery phases and acceptance documents still need to be agreed. The feedback does not establish environmental approval or measured performance for the 300W version on this page.

Application planning

Different tasks across a large compound

Assign 300W LED flood lights to the tasks represented in the site plan.

Metal fabrication yards

A 300W LED flood light may suit an outdoor fabrication yard where materials and work positions change during the shift. Mark the stock heights, reflective metal surfaces and places where equipment casts deep shadows. VST can help check mounting positions and assign optics to the working zones shown in your layout.

Open material storage

Outdoor storage of large building materials needs visible aisles and stock boundaries after dark. Show the maximum stack layout, vehicle access and any exposed electrical connections before deciding where to mount the fixtures. Our team can provide product information and assess a layout that allows for the storage pattern and maintenance access.

Industrial access roads

Private access roads through a compound need clear vehicle routes while avoiding excessive light toward adjacent operations. Define road geometry, junctions and the permitted mounting setbacks, including any site-specific design criteria. VST can discuss distribution choices and photometric requirements for the proposed plan, without presenting a floodlight as a certified road-lighting solution.

Infrastructure maintenance compounds

A maintenance compound may contain parked service equipment, access paths and an outdoor preparation area. Describe the night work and closed zones, then specify the control needs and mounting restrictions. VST can prepare a fixture schedule that distinguishes lighting for the active work area from lighting for circulation and storage.

Port access checkpoints

A port access checkpoint can require illumination of vehicles and inspection positions at the edge of a larger terminal. Establish marine exposure, obstructions and sightlines toward traffic or cameras before selecting the build. VST can assess the proposed fixture configuration and identify documentation needed for the environmental and electrical project review.

VST can assess changes to optics, finish, controls and project identification. As a 300W LED flood light OEM supplier, we establish the baseline specification before discussing broader mechanical changes. The proposed change determines any tooling work or revised sample requirements.
Assembly follows the chosen component configuration, with quality checks at incoming, process, final and outgoing stages. Staged releases should retain a common specification reference and identify any authorized revision before units are packed for the next phase.
A competent installation team should verify isolation, electrical supply and engineered support before lifting or fixing the unit. Preserve cooling clearance, seal the external connection appropriately and follow the selected control wiring. Set the aim against the zone plan and document the installed orientation.

Order planning

Commercial details for phased releases

Keep the supply plan aligned with the released scope.
01

The MOQ for VST-FL20-300W is 50 pieces. Discuss the quantities and target dates for each project phase with VST. Each released order needs an agreed configuration and schedule, with any customization requirements stated in the quotation.
02

A sample can be supplied for your evaluation. Working with a 300W LED flood light supplier, agree which configuration the sample represents and how its charge will be handled. Credit against later bulk purchasing is possible by agreement, not automatic.
03

A light change generally requires about 3 to 4 weeks of production; extensive customization typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. Standard production is usually 2 to 3 weeks. Set shipment and installation dates separately, after the material and order schedule has been agreed.
04

Private labeling and custom packaging are available. Provide the identification structure, artwork and packing split for each release. If the requested construction needs tooling, its cost and treatment are discussed explicitly rather than assumed to be included.
05

The general bulk-order arrangement is a 30% bank-transfer deposit and a 70% balance before shipment. It is not automatically tied to site installation milestones. Samples use full advance payment by bank transfer, PayPal or Western Union.
06

Start with the affected product identity, a concise description and photographs or video. VST can then assess the issue and discuss replacement supply, either separately or alongside a later shipment. Keep the applicable order and warranty documents available for that discussion.

Product questions

Set the environmental and project boundaries

For a 300W LED flood light order, agree which decisions belong to fixture supply and which belong to site design. The following questions address environmental limits and future changes before the schedule is released for production, particularly when several engineering disciplines share responsibility.

Begin with the tasks and positions that are already known.
Each zone Task and operating period
Each position Mounting location and target direction
Unresolved item Missing measurement or environmental requirement
This separates a product discussion from details that still require a site decision.

The supplied specifications do not establish explosion-protected or hazardous-location approval. Do not use an ordinary outdoor enclosure rating as a substitute. If the installation is within a classified area, provide its classification so an appropriately documented product can be considered.

Marine use needs a separate corrosion assessment. IP65 describes an ingress category and does not establish salt-spray durability of the full assembly. Identify distance from the coast, direct spray exposure and required coating or hardware evidence before choosing a build for that location.

No. Luminaire surge capability is one part of the electrical arrangement. The selected driver, earthing, upstream protective devices and local exposure need coordinated assessment. Specify the required configuration, then have the electrical designer determine the broader protection scheme for the circuits.

A different CCT can be specified, but consider how the phases will appear together and whether operating or environmental requirements change. Identify the revision by zone rather than silently substituting it into an earlier product reference. Assess the resulting arrangement before releasing the revised configuration.
