Compact high-bay option

100W LED high bay light for stockrooms and workshops

Choose a 100W LED high bay light when a smaller body and a carefully planned output suit your room.
  • The published VST-HBL-100WF body measures ฮฆ238 ร— H105 mm.
  • 100W, 80W and 60W settings provide distinct operating choices.
  • 90ยฐ and 120ยฐ optical versions suit different room proportions after layout assessment.

Room fit

Allow room for the fitting and its light

A compact fitting needs mounting and service space, as well as suitable sightlines. Check these in smaller rooms, where the light source can sit closer to the work.
The 100W LED high bay light is a complete overhead fixture with a compact circular body. Lower power alone does not make it suitable for a low ceiling. Check the working plane, overhead services and normal viewing positions. As a 100W high bay supplier, VST can assess whether this platform fits the room or whether another type of fixture would be more suitable.
✓

Check the total envelope

Allow for the chosen suspension or bracket, cable routing and access around the body. Fixture dimensions alone do not describe the whole installed assembly.

✓

Look from occupied positions

In a compact room, the emitting surface may be prominent in normal sightlines. Evaluate the proposed position before relying on a power adjustment.

✓

Describe the room finishes

Light walls and dark shelving reflect light differently. Those surfaces affect the calculation and should be represented in the room information.

Practical support

Check the room before choosing the fitting

As a 100W LED high bay light manufacturer, VST can assess the available space and lighting layout before you specify the order.
✓

Dimension-based discussion

Show the available space and fixing surface. VST can then discuss the hardware and cable route needed around the fixture body.

✓

Room-specific layout

VST can prepare a lighting simulation from the room geometry. This helps assess whether a compact high bay belongs in the proposed location.

✓

Sample appearance check

View an operating sample from the positions people normally occupy, with the room's finishes in place. Product photographs cannot establish brightness in that setting.

✓

Packing for the selected version

Discuss how optional parts and the fixture are packed together. Clear scope helps avoid discovering a missing mounting item during installation preparation.

Compact does not mean low-bay

When a smaller high bay makes sense

A 100 watt LED high bay light is still an overhead high-bay fixture. Its smaller body can help where space is constrained, but the lighting arrangement must suit the room.
Check the distance to the task, room width and occupied positions. Reducing power lowers output but leaves the mounting geometry and exposed light source unchanged. Assess the 100W LED high bay light in the room before assigning a coverage area. Include existing task lights and check whether either of the two published lenses can cover the work without excessive overlap.

Supporting services

Details that make the fitting easier to specify

VSTโ€™s 100W LED high bay light factory supports configuration planning and product identification for compact-room orders.

Spatial assessment

Plot the fittings, work areas and shelving on a room layout. Their positions help determine where fixtures should go and which optics to assess.

Inspection stages

The agreed product passes through VSTโ€™s incoming, production and final checks. Include required identification in the order so the version remains clear.

Operating configuration

Decide which power setting and control version you intend to use, then evaluate the sample in that operating state.

Protective cartons

Inner protection and outer carton details can be discussed for the compact fixture and selected accessories, taking the intended handling method into account.

Physical details

Inspect the light source, lens and body

These parts explain why a small fixture still needs a considered installation.

Color appearance

LED light source

The model specifies Philips Lumileds LEDs and several CCT choices. In a stockroom or work area, examine how the selected color appearance interacts with labels, products and finishes. The visible source layout is one part of the luminaire; it is not a substitute for system photometry. Use the same CCT in the sample and planned order when evaluating the room.

Coverage

PC lens

The 100W LED high bay light has published 90ยฐ and 120ยฐ lens options. A broader distribution can increase overlap in a small room, while a narrower version may leave different surfaces less well lit. Assess the proposed spacing and room proportions before choosing. Do not assume the 60ยฐ option listed for larger VST models is also available on this platform.

Installation clearance

Compact aluminum housing

The published housing dimensions help establish whether the fixture fits among overhead services. The finned die-cast body also needs surrounding air for heat exchange, so a tight enclosure can change the thermal conditions. Account for the suspension eye, selected mounting hardware and cable bend when planning the installed envelope. Keep maintenance access available without placing the luminaire against stored goods.

Compact commercial settings

Match the 100W option to the room

Consider a 100W LED high bay light where the mounting arrangement and lighting task justify this fixture type.

Retail stockrooms

A high-ceiling retail stockroom needs visible labels and clear movement space between shelves. Check shelving height, narrow access routes and the surfaces used for picking. VST can assess the optical layout and the selected power level, helping you avoid excessive illumination in open areas while goods remain shadowed on shelves.

Repair workshops

Small repair workshops combine general movement with close work at benches. Establish the ceiling height, bench positions and the task lights already available. VST can examine how a compact overhead fitting supports general visibility, while keeping precision work requirements separate from a claim that one high bay replaces all local lighting.

Packing rooms

Packing rooms need readable labels and clear visibility across tables without uncomfortable reflections on film or tape. Identify the table height, working positions and glossy materials used during packing. VST can discuss the optical version and CCT sample so the result is assessed against the real packaging task.

Commercial display rooms

A tall commercial display room may need an unobtrusive fixture above changing merchandise arrangements. Check product heights, normal viewing directions and the desired appearance of finishes. VST can support a layout and sample comparison for the proposed mounting position, with color choice based on the goods rather than a screen rendering.

Indoor equipment rooms

A compact equipment room needs general illumination around fixed cabinets and service aisles. Establish the overhead obstructions, available electrical supply and safe access for fixture maintenance. VST can assess the physical arrangement and propose a suitable operating version for ordinary indoor conditions, with specialized environmental requirements considered separately.

Find the room fit

Send a sketch of the available space

Send the ceiling height, shelf or bench positions and quantity. As a 100W high bay OEM supplier, VST can help specify a sample for that room.

Ordering the compact model

Sample, quantity and production questions

Use the selected configuration when comparing commercial terms.
01

The published MOQ is 100 units per model. Specify any different lens, control or branding requirements when requesting the quotation. A small body does not make every customized version available on the same terms, so identify the intended combination with the quantity.
02

Yes, samples are available for evaluation. Arrange the required version and charge with VST before the room trial. By agreement, sample charges may be credited toward a later bulk order. The evaluation should use the selected optics and operating configuration.
03

Bulk production for this model is guided at approximately 15โ€“25 days. Plan light customization at 3โ€“4 weeks and extensive changes at 4โ€“6 weeks. The actual order schedule depends on materials and scope, and excludes transit.
04

VST supports private labels and packaging customization. Submit the required information and artwork for the selected version. If the request changes the structure rather than only identification, additional development or tooling charges may apply and should be quoted explicitly.
05

A sample order is prepaid in full using PayPal, Western Union or bank transfer. Standard bulk terms use bank transfer, with 30% paid as a deposit and the remaining 70% before shipment. Confirm the order documents reflect the agreed arrangement.
06

Yes. VST-HBL-100WF is listed with a five-year warranty. Report a quality problem with the unit identification, a short explanation and photos or video. Replacement support can be discussed for an individual dispatch or inclusion in the next shipment after the issue is assessed.

Room-selection questions

Before you specify the 100W fitting

Check whether the room suits a 100W LED high bay light before choosing the smallest model in the range. The questions below address mounting space, coverage and controls in compact installations.

It can start the discussion, but add ceiling height and approximate floor dimensions. Show the working areas and major obstructions as well as the ceiling. Those details help determine whether a high-bay fitting is a sensible option before developing a more precise layout.

There is no reliable fixture count based on area alone. Ceiling height, task requirements, room proportions, surface reflectance and obstructions affect the result. A layout calculation should establish the proposed quantity and spacing; a square-meter claim without those conditions would be misleading.

Check the complete installed assembly rather than only the body dimensions.
Space constraint Detail to assess
Overhead duct Body and mounting clearance
Low fixing point Task distance and sightlines
Crowded cable route Entry position and bend space
Restricted access Safe removal and servicing route

Suitability depends on the installation height, visual comfort and local electrical requirements. This is a commercial high-bay platform, so it should not be assumed appropriate for a low domestic ceiling. Describe the space first; another fixture type may fit the situation better.

An ordinary on/off wall switch does not by itself provide a dimming command. If brightness control is needed, identify the desired interface and controller. VST must match those requirements to the driver version; do not connect unspecified dimming equipment on the assumption that all options are universal.

Discuss the actual cleaning conditions before selection. The published IP65 rating does not establish resistance to every cleaning jet, chemical or cleaning temperature. Supply the method and exposure details so the fixture and its installed electrical connections can be assessed appropriately.

Assess the maximum storage envelope and required clearances. High stacks can obstruct cooling and illumination. Show the room at its intended storage capacity so VST can evaluate the proposed fixture positions.
