VST is a custom garage lighting supplier for OEM kits and repeat production. We develop fixture arrangements and component lists around the intended use. Typical customization MOQ starts at 500 units per model for light changes and 1,000 for high customization; the quotation defines the model and counting unit.
Share a layout reference and expected order quantity. We can discuss the fixture configuration and parts required for your production program.

Custom garage lighting kits may serve parking, dry detailing, or workshop zones. These are deployment examples for a repeat-supply program. Each site still needs its own clearance and lighting assessment.

Purchasing risk: A completed installation may interfere with raised door sections or service access.
Confirm: Door movement and opener service envelope
VST solution direction: Map the door travel and service space before setting the edge of the lighting layout.
Purchasing risk: Missing feeds, nodes, or mounting pieces can stop installation despite enough lighting bars.
VST solution direction: Prepare a component list from the chosen layout, including feeds and mounting parts.
Purchasing risk: Moisture exposure can exceed the protection established for the selected assembly.
Confirm: Cleaning method and splash exposure
VST solution direction: Specify and evaluate a protected construction for washing or chemical exposure.
Bring the proposed bar layout and connection needs to VST, a custom garage lighting manufacturer. We develop the finish and assembly together. New junctions or profiles may require dedicated work beyond standard kit components.
Consider hexagonal cells, straight runs, or perimeter sections around the usable ceiling space. Every additional junction adds an assembly interface. A simpler layout may offer easier access and require fewer different components to complete the kit.
The housing section, diffuser, and junction can be adapted to the installation. Slimmer components leave less room for secure engagement and electrical separation. Cable entry still needs enough space for a durable connection.
Choose the light appearance and switching or dimming for the intended work. A decorative ceiling pattern does not establish task visibility. The electrical and optical specification still needs to address control compatibility and light distribution.
Buyer input: Preferred switching zones and existing control system
Coverage and mounting restrictions guide the layout. Compare these options for custom garage lighting by their junctions, appearance, and ability to fit around the obstacles on your ceiling.
| Decision factor | Modular hexagonal grid | Parallel linear runs | Buyer guidance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visual arrangement | Connected geometric cells over a defined ceiling area | Separate straight lines following the available ceiling space | Select a pattern only after locating the useful illuminated zones. |
| Obstruction routing | Cell geometry constrains movement around isolated obstacles | Individual runs can be positioned independently | Use independent runs where ceiling interruptions dominate the layout. |
| Component planning | Several junction types may form a complete pattern | Repeated straight fixtures simplify layout component counting | Match the ordering list to the actual connection construction. |
| Future layout changes | Changes may require different nodes and additional cells | Runs can be changed individually within mounting constraints | Plan likely changes before fixing a uniform ceiling pattern. |
VST develops the component list and assembly requirements as your custom garage lighting OEM supplier. We check ceiling fit, build representative connections, and define the finished kit so each stage answers a specific question before repeat production.
VST work: Set out the proposed pattern against the usable ceiling area and the known obstructions.
Stage output: Layout showing the grid position and power entry.

VST work: Build a representative bar-to-node joint with the intended cover and connection features.
Stage output: Connection sample for checking access and correct seating.

VST work: Build a supported section and check fastener access, mounting points, and the protected cable route.
Stage output: Mounting proposal showing supports, fasteners, and cable entry.

VST work: List the bar and node variants needed to assemble the chosen layout and handle repeat orders.
Stage output: Component schedule matching the released garage-lighting layout.

Testing a light section does not establish the result across a whole garage. VST addresses both levels as a custom garage lighting supplier. The photographs show proposed equipment or methods, not passed-product records.

Purpose: Characterize an individual light section under its stated operating conditions.
Method: Measure a compatible bar specimen in a sphere of suitable usable size, with its intended driver arrangement.
Acceptance criteria: Section output and color follow the selected specification.
Evidence: A light-section measurement does not establish illuminance throughout the garage.

Purpose: Determine where a selected luminaire sends light for subsequent layout assessment.
Method: Mount a representative supported luminaire on the rotating holder in a suitable dark-room measurement setup.
Acceptance criteria: Distribution data correspond to the measured luminaire and operating state.
Evidence: Check whether an IES file is available for the selected configuration.

Purpose: Control the physical interface between bars and joining components.
Method: Gauge the relevant unpowered junction dimensions and compare them with the selected mating-part definition.
Acceptance criteria: Connector envelope and engagement features match the released interface.
Evidence: Use recorded dimensional checks rather than estimates from an image.

Purpose: Identify movement or seating problems at the fixture attachment points.
Method: Inspect a supported mockup and handle the closed unpowered assembly at its mounting nodes.
Acceptance criteria: Fixings remain seated and the housing does not detach during the specified check.
Evidence: Define a separate procedure for any quantified load requirement.
Separates the selected bars, junctions, feeds, and mounting items so kit contents remain explicit.
Availability must relate to the exact measured configuration before it is used for lighting calculations.
Normal starting MOQ is 500 units of one model for light customization and 1,000 for high customization. The counting unit is a fixture or component model, not a complete garage. Adapting a suitable platform differs from developing new bars, nodes, optics, or circuits. The quotation states the model, counting unit, and final quantity.
VST supports samples of the proposed fixture or connection assembly. Processing costs apply, and new molds or dedicated resources may add tooling charges. Eligible sample expenditure can be returned or credited on a later production order. Record the agreed amount and method in the quotation or order terms.
Light-customization lead times are normally 15–25 working days for samples and 20–30 for bulk manufacture. For high customization, samples generally need 30–50 working days and bulk manufacture 25–35 working days. Timing begins after the technical inputs and applicable sample charges, tooling fees, deposit, and other order conditions are complete. Reserving key materials for stable demand can shorten subsequent schedules.
A dedicated junction mold, a different extrusion, assembly fixtures, or new electrical construction may add tooling or NRE costs. Eligible mold or tooling charges can offset payment on a subsequent production order. The commercial agreement sets out which order qualifies, the amount allowed, and how the credit is applied. Fees and refunds follow those terms.
VST, a custom garage lighting supplier in China, coordinates materials and repeated component builds for the selected kit. With stable demand, we can prepare materials from your forecast or reserve agreed key items. This supports repeat supply but does not guarantee finished-kit stock. Node and bar changes still need to follow the production specification.
Protect long light sections and keep small junctions identifiable in the package. Kit customization can include brand artwork and barcodes, carton marks, component labels, product packaging, user manuals, and instruction sheets. Layout-specific identification helps with handling. Agree the package before shipment coordination; freight rates, carton dimensions, and transit time require order details.
Fixture development, a component kit, and site installation involve different work. These questions help clarify what you are ordering and which responsibilities remain with the site team. Contact VST about any unresolved part of your custom garage lighting program, including room assessment or future expansion, before the component list and project responsibilities are agreed.
On-site installation is not automatically included. Your custom garage lighting quotation should list the supplied products and agreed technical support separately from building work. Establish responsibility for each item before comparing offers.

No. A photo or rendering cannot establish task-plane illuminance, uniformity, or reflections on a vehicle. Assess detailing work with applicable photometric data and the actual room and task geometry. The appearance of custom garage lighting is one factor in that decision, not a measurement of its suitability.
Check the original connections, power arrangement, and mounting capacity first. A matching appearance does not make extra cells compatible. If expansion is likely, define the future layout and its electrical limits when selecting the initial lighting system, so later additions can be assessed against that plan.
This service focuses on batch customization and repeat supply of fixtures or component kits. Include your expected quantity and repeat-order plan so VST can assess the supply route. Design and installation for a single garage are outside the scope described here.
